We enjoyed the tasting menu. Each coarse was prepared with care; beautiful presentation and delicious flavour. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is smart cooking Lots of interesting twists The amuse bouche come with great aplomb Clever flavours and structures, eye catching shapes and presentation .. The menu is 90 euros and has to be for 2 Forget it ! The a-la-carte has too much going on ! The carpaccio fish, the delicious oyster and the tomato/pspper starter all standouts The paster dished not so good - drafting too much towards sweet: sickly ..but the mains all spot on ..the fish and the Polpo just great ..plenty of inspirational chefie turns - njuda and spice on charcoal polpo, a salad with leaves bitter turnip and wall nut with the fish. Our beef loving chums were delighted with the quality, marinade and cooking/cutting of the beef and the subtle compliment of sauce and salad

Food was a 8/10, however service was so slow and it s mandatory to order 2 courses/ person.Location was nice, but i wouldn’t come back.

Great discovery! The menu showcases beautiful seafood dishes with refined flavors that really capture the coastal spirit. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality offered. It truly feels like a restaurant on its way to earning a Michelin star. The only minor downsides were the service, which lacked a bit of experience and precision, and the atmosphere, which could be slightly warmer. Overall, though, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would definitely recommend.

Excellent food, excellent service. Probably the whole menu is a bit too much for a normal stomach, but we loved it so much.

Il Meraviglioso è un’osteria moderna che lavora con materie prime eccellenti, cura maniacale dei dettagli e una proposta pensata per chi sa riconoscere qualità e identità. È evidente che il nostro stile non fosse adatto alle vostre aspettative, ma questo non giustifica un commento così sommario e offensivo. Non siamo un ristorante per tutti, e ne siamo orgogliosi.

It is actually a very nice restaurant with a sea view. But it can be very noisy because it is like a park with a dense crowd. The food is amazing. The service explains all the details about what you eat. The food I ate was really good, the dessert appetizers and main main dishes were really good, I definitely recommend it, I liked it very much.

Great location near the water in Covo dei Saraceni. Splendid menu focusing on local seafood. All prepared simply and properly. Fine waitstaff. Maybe the best restaurant in Polignano a Mare.

I chose this restaurant for a birthday evening based on the many positive reviews, which makes my disappointment even greater. The service and presentation were beautiful – elegant tableware and very kind, professional staff. But the food was far below expectations. The pasta with cheese sauce was so average I didn’t even want to finish it. The only truly good dish was the octopus. I really tried to find something to appreciate in the food – especially since we travel a lot, eat at various restaurants around the world, and this isn’t my first Michelin-rated place. But it is the first one that left me this disappointed. To make things worse, family with a large dog was seated right next to us. While I’m not against dogs in general, it felt out of place in a restaurant that claims Michelin-level standards. Sadly, this was not the special experience I was hoping for.

Finding Meraviglioso was a “happy accident” we will always remember! Visiting Polignano a Mare for the first time in early February, we knew it attracts a lot of tourists but our experience in Italy in the winter has been that most places are closed, especially on a Monday. We found it listed on The Fork with a Michelin Rating and on a whim reached out for a reservation and got one for lunch! From the moment we walked in, we felt totally welcome and cared for in a non-ostentatious way. The service is truly impeccable; the food presentation is creative and gorgeous; the recipes are divine and unique; and the entire experience is one of our favorite restaurant experiences ever in all of our travels. We will definitely return and hope to bring friends and family when they visit! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This unpretentious restaurant has the quality of service, attention to detail and quality of food that one only finds in the finest of restaurants. Nothing is too much when it comes to comfort of the guests. The star of the occasion was without exception the food. From the amuse to the tuna starter, the local red prawns on ice or the octopus with nduja and my favourite the fusilli with cuttlefish, the sauce was divine, I wanted to lick the bowl. Desserts were a joy, choux pasty and figs and the amuse desserts just finished the meal perfectly. I went with a new wine for me, Rampone, full on white wine with a delicious deep yellow colour and packed with flavour. I hope to return again and soon

This was the best meal we’ve had on our trip. Would highly recommend. The food and service were exceptional.

None of us were overly impressed with the food. we went because it was rated a Michelin star restaurant. I had the baklava which I felt to be too salty. We did have fantastic oysters from France. Also, prices were very high for the quality of the food.

We waited more than 1 hour for spaghetti and orecchiette. When we finally got them - after a few reminders- the pasta were not even al dente. Very disappointing.

Wonderful. Beautiful view. Food was not the usual unimaginative tourist fare. Well prepared and nicely served. Lovely table settings and serving pieces. Portions possibly a little small but for we four visitors it was an adequate lunch. Very pleased.

Today for lunch, we had the pleasure of dining at Meraviglioso, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of the meal was the orange wine recommended by our server—it was fantastic, possibly the best we've ever had. Its complexity perfectly complemented each dish. The octopus with potato was easily the best dish of the meal. Tender and charred to perfection, it paired wonderfully with the creamy potatoes. The fish carpaccio was another standout—clean, fresh, and light. The pasta dish, though well-prepared, was our least favorite and didn’t quite stand out as much as the rest. On the other hand, the lamb main was sublime, perfectly balancing flavors and textures. Overall, an outstanding meal with incredible food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious. We only had one dish that we thought could have been better. Service was very slow we had to grab a waiter numerous times after waiting for so long, service was also not incredibly warm. I still recommend.

The pasta was very good, but I had the fish for my main meal and it was very fishy tasting. I couldn’t have more than one bite. The servers did not ask me if I liked it and they took away the plate completely untouched and never said a thing about it. My friend had the steak and enjoyed it. I would not go back. The bathroom door didn’t lock and It looks very dirty and unkept for a nice restaurant.
