8/10I looked up the reviews of this restaurant before going and should have paid attention to the review that stated they put tourist in the corner and ignore them. I made the reservation last minute through Fork, they had plenty of openings. Upon arriving, I told the hostess we had reservations and gave her our name. She looked and me funny but proceeded to put us in the back corner Then she came back 5 minutes later questioning our reservation again. I showed her my phone and she nodded her head and walked away. No, thank you for choosing us or dining with us or anything. Then our waitress arrived somewhat later than I prefer. We placed our order with another not too friendly waitress. They kind of acted like they were bothered we were there. The food and ambience were really good, but I feel like they prefer locals. Of all the restaurants we dined at during our 12 day stay in Italy I am sorry to say this one was the least friendly.

10/10The ravioli was awesome. Apollo chicken sandwich was amazing. We went early 7pm so our family of five was not rushed.

7.5/10Frisian steak very nice served with cold mash potatoes on unwarmed plate . Ordered with truffles but came without so back to the kitchen for an underwhelming amount of bland truffles.. Good bread had to ask for plate and olive oil. House white wine OK. Not in a hurry to return.

10/10We went for my husband’s birthday and had an excellent experience. The steaks are available for viewing/selecting in a display case near their half open kitchen. The butcher/steak chef was very knowledgeable about the meat and their ages, origins, and flavor palettes. The front of house staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and the wines available (very expansive selection). Considering it’s a highly touristic area (near Pompeii), we weren’t sure what to expect but it’s a truly high quality, upscale experience. We will definitely return.

8/10Meats are good but they must improve their sides. Salads and sides are very limited. I can’t understand how they cannot offer potatoes purée or 2-3 different salads. Plates are so dry with only meat. However the meat is good and tasty, it needs sides improved….

10/10It’s was a great find in pompei! After more then 15 days eating Italian food felt nice to have a perfect steak and salad. The workers were very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back!

9.5/10Very nice place to have a quiet dinner. We had to sit outside and it was a little too cold. Also a bit off-putting to have 3 different people stopping to ask us for money. The food was very good, however and the staff courteous.

10/10Had the excellent Tomahawk Steak with Fondue potatoes shared with my son. One of the best, if not the best meal ever! Steak was cooked to perfection, seasoned perfectly and with the perfect choice of side and a lovely bottle of San Salvatore. A perfect evenings dining ????

10/10Food was delicious. We had pasta, meatballs and chicken sticks. Everything was perfect. The desert was incredible. Service was spectacular. We arrived when they were supposed to close the restaurant, but they stayed 1 hour longer to serve us. Smiling and giv9ng us all the attention. We will definitely go back if we are in town. Strongly recommend!

6.5/10Felt treated like a tourist instead of a guest. Amazing chefs in the kitchen and foods they prepared. Different waiting times and different service, and that was not just the language barrier. First we waited a long time to get anything, then it seemed to be a rush to get us out.

5/10Good food but this guys don't understand the essencial: to go to a restaurant is first of all a social fact. To eat is no more the key issue. We arrive and asked prompted 20 minutes later arrive the meal of one. 25 minutes later arrive the other meal. We ask for warm the first meal. Only 12 minutes later arrived ( the second meal was half temperature) Ok we eat...Dessert? Ok the bill as answer! We went to eat the dessert to another place

9.5/10Wonderful food, great atmosphere outside. Had people all night turned away... I’d definately book. complimentary espresso and lemoncello was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

2/10Food was good. But they were very rude and offensive to me. Unexperienced employees explained wrong the menus. I was surprised when received the bill, because i was expecting a different amount... I explained to the manager the situation and he laught on my face in an arrogant way saying mooney is not a problem for them and that I am a bad client. Its not the first time, if you see the comments you will find similar situations. In the end they said to pay what I understood (maybe because it happened several times). Food was delicious, but the service was horrible. I will never come back.

7/10We had a booking, made a day before for the restaurant. But, when we arrived they told us they don't have a table for us at the restaurant and moved us at the pizza place they own, just across the street. We've made an online booking for the restaurant and we think they should have keep a table there. This is the reason why we've booked a day before and didn't just go there out of the blue. From this point of view I consider we had a bad customer service experience. In the pizza place they offered us the first table near the entrance (we have a 6 years old child, and in December we don't want a table near the entrance door). They offered another table after I told them we don't want that one. In the pizza place the service was good.

8.5/10We had a very nice evening! The ambiance was great and the restaurant looks amazing! The dishes do too, but the chicken was (for me) a little to dry, but the steak was perfect. The wine was also very tasty :) Had a lovely evening.
