Lovely restaurant but very slow service. Almost finished our starters by the time a drink arrived. Meat looked delicious but we went for pasta main courses which were a bit disappointing.

Cosy restaurant with limited vegetarian options but very tasty food within the options. Good selection of wines but not all in stock.

phantastic food, interesting preparations. nothing to complain on the food side of life. building construction contributes to make this place diffucult to heat in winter. could have been more homely due to lack of heating

Service was lacklustre, pasta and meatballs were fine but not quality we are accustomed to in Italy. Our salad was limp and we had to ask for oil & vinegar.

I looked up the reviews of this restaurant before going and should have paid attention to the review that stated they put tourist in the corner and ignore them. I made the reservation last minute through Fork, they had plenty of openings. Upon arriving, I told the hostess we had reservations and gave her our name. She looked and me funny but proceeded to put us in the back corner Then she came back 5 minutes later questioning our reservation again. I showed her my phone and she nodded her head and walked away. No, thank you for choosing us or dining with us or anything. Then our waitress arrived somewhat later than I prefer. We placed our order with another not too friendly waitress. They kind of acted like they were bothered we were there. The food and ambience were really good, but I feel like they prefer locals. Of all the restaurants we dined at during our 12 day stay in Italy I am sorry to say this one was the least friendly.

The ravioli was awesome. Apollo chicken sandwich was amazing. We went early 7pm so our family of five was not rushed.

Frisian steak very nice served with cold mash potatoes on unwarmed plate . Ordered with truffles but came without so back to the kitchen for an underwhelming amount of bland truffles.. Good bread had to ask for plate and olive oil. House white wine OK. Not in a hurry to return.

We went for my husband’s birthday and had an excellent experience. The steaks are available for viewing/selecting in a display case near their half open kitchen. The butcher/steak chef was very knowledgeable about the meat and their ages, origins, and flavor palettes. The front of house staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and the wines available (very expansive selection). Considering it’s a highly touristic area (near Pompeii), we weren’t sure what to expect but it’s a truly high quality, upscale experience. We will definitely return.

Meats are good but they must improve their sides. Salads and sides are very limited. I can’t understand how they cannot offer potatoes purée or 2-3 different salads. Plates are so dry with only meat. However the meat is good and tasty, it needs sides improved….

It’s was a great find in pompei! After more then 15 days eating Italian food felt nice to have a perfect steak and salad. The workers were very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back!

The restaurant did not accept us even we are confirmed of the reservation, they said they do not serve food. Never trust the reservation at this restaurant.

Good food but this guys don't understand the essencial: to go to a restaurant is first of all a social fact. To eat is no more the key issue. We arrive and asked prompted 20 minutes later arrive the meal of one. 25 minutes later arrive the other meal. We ask for warm the first meal. Only 12 minutes later arrived ( the second meal was half temperature) Ok we eat...Dessert? Ok the bill as answer! We went to eat the dessert to another place

This pasta was the best in our holiday! The service was also very good the customers are very helpfull. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

Food was good. But they were very rude and offensive to me. Unexperienced employees explained wrong the menus. I was surprised when received the bill, because i was expecting a different amount... I explained to the manager the situation and he laught on my face in an arrogant way saying mooney is not a problem for them and that I am a bad client. Its not the first time, if you see the comments you will find similar situations. In the end they said to pay what I understood (maybe because it happened several times). Food was delicious, but the service was horrible. I will never come back.

Small restaurant with good food ( thé meat is very nice - grilled) . Friendly staff and good service. You maybe pay a little bit more for the trendy interior...but it's ok.
