5.5/10One if the dishes was very nice (anchoas) The other two dishes were average and the fried aubergines were unedible. We left the whole plate and this wasn’t commented on by the server. Service very average. After reading good reviews, we left disappointed.

9.5/10This is a fabulous find. The food was absolutely delicious (Iberian pork ‘secreto’ with mango and pineapple chutney, and beef steak. Both come with very good chips). Very simple food but one of the top meals for us. The service was very good. We went on a night when Spain were playing an international football match which was on the big screen. Weirdly this added to the good ambience as there were several local men at tables making their way through a bottle or 3 of wine! It’s clearly a restaurant where locals go which is always a positive. Definitely go here. Exceptionally good value

Really nice restaurant with a large variety of local food, from tapas, starters, main dishes, meat and fish. The waiter has been really lovely and nice to us, the service was fast and gentle.

10/10We very rarely visit the same place twice on holiday but we enjoyed this place so much the first time we made a return visit. We were not disappointed. Excellent food again and we were greeted like regulars ! Nice wine and beer again as well ! It’s a little bit off the beaten track but if you want a good value friendly place to spend an evening you can’t go wrong by visiting here.

8/10This sweet and lively restaurant provided a nice selection of canarian foods to sample. Everything was very good. Our waiter was a lovely guy who was a bit overworked so it was sometimes hard to get his attention though our food arrived promptly and he responded to requests as best he could. The ambiance was probably the most disappointing - lottery machines by the doors almost made us turn around as we were seeking a nice place to celebrate a birthday. We’re glad we stayed but it didn’t have the celebratory feeling we were hoping for.

10/10We really enjoyed our meal and staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent food and wine, great value for money. Lovely walk back along Ramblas too. Well worth the trek from the centre. This restaurant is small but full of local people and is highly recommended.

We spent a nice afternoon in Santa Cruz and decided to have our dinner in this nice little restaurant. Since it was probably quite early for the region the restaurant was not very full. The reservation had worked well and quickly we got our table. We had some starters and the main course and everything was delicious. After the main course we were already quite full so that we finished our meal with an espresso and a dessert for the child. The service was quick and friendly and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you very much for this pleasant evening.

My wife's steak was good. My hake nape was 95% bone and barely cooked - inedible and horrid. The pisto was like warm. Robin was friendly.

4/10Upon our arrival at 1:00 PM, we were the restaurant's first customers. Despite being a party of two, they hesitated to seat us at a larger table, despite our substantial food order. Eventually, we were relocated to a more suitable table. However, the food was underwhelming, akin to cafeteria quality, yet priced exorbitantly. My request for a rare steak resulted in a medium-cooked dish. Additionally, the wine was served in dirty glasses, prompting me to ask for replacements. To add to the disappointment, the compensation offered was a mere 2 euros off the total bill. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our unsatisfactory experience.

Su comentario es totalmente injusto y desmedido, tratando de tirar por tierra el trabajo de tantas personas y de tantos años. Eso para empezar. Pasando a comentar su relato: efectivamente, cedimos a sentarlos en una mesa para 4, a pesar de ser 2 personas. Si bien, le recordamos que estamos en todo nuestro derecho de sentarlos en una mesa de 2, puesto que somos nosotros quienes conocemos la capacidad del restaurante y la gestión de las reservas que acogemos. Por otro lado, entendemos que no le guste algún plato, por supuesto, pero trabajamos producto de calidad. Por eso, su opinión y comparaciones nos resultan de mal gusto. Es cierto que una de las copas de vino estaba manchada. Les pedimos disculpas en el momento en que nos lo comunicaron y lo volvemos a hacer ahora: lo sentimos. Asumimos el error y por este motivo, descontamos 2€ del total de la factura. Si su pretensión era que les regalásemos la botella, lo sentimos pero se equivocaron de sitio. Es una pena que no se haga honor a la verdad

2/10Very disappointed considering the venue was ranked 9.3 at the time. My wife ordered the entrecôte and asked for It to be cooked well done and we told the waiter that she was pregnant so it would be cooked all the way. We were presented with a rare stake that had to be resent into the kitchen. This was then cut in four pieces and seared for a few minutes and given back to us, which made it very dry. The mushroom sauce was sour and not pleasant at all. I asked for 1 glass of red wine, instead I was poured 1 glass and the bottle left on the table. The waiter said he can estimate how much wine I had from the bottle if I had 2-3 glasses. I found this very strange. My order was rather straight forward. I originally ordered the octopus la Gallega but when I found out that there was stewed octopus I asked to change to that. I was served my original order and was rather disappointed with that. The sides were also inedible. The fries were undercooked and I just gave up when it came to the potatoes. As a side note. There is no child menu or child friendly food. I’ve noticed that most restaurants in Tenerife have some sort of Childers menu. So think twice before taking kids. I cannot on good conscience recommend this restaurant and if the app would allow me I would give it 1 star.

9.5/10We found this restaurant on The Fork and went there for a birthday dinner during our holiday. The waiter provided us a warm welcome and made fantastic recommendations based on fish and meat from local sources, delivered earlier that same day. The food was delicious: fresh locally caught sardines, salmon from Lanzarote, cuttlefish, cod in Mediterranean sauce, fresh Tenerife potatoes, pork on a sizzling grill; everything was equally good. The location of the restaurant is just outside the lively part of town. The interior design is nicely done - the large tv screen is a matter of taste.

6/10The food was good however the waiter felt rude or maybe that was just average because of the language barrier. However it seemed a bit expensive compared to other local places for the same type of food. Would recommend if you have a discount if not you can find better deal elsewhere.
