8.5/10The service was great and the setting lovely. The chef did an amazing job with seafood sauces. My one observation is that the quality of shrimp was not of the standard I would expect from a high end restaurant.

3.5/10Arrived at the restaurant early and explained that I had a reservation for 6pm. The waiter told us to go away and said there was no point even coming back at 6pm as they were running late from lunch. Obviously I didn’t come back.

9.5/10Superb seafood restaurant, with an unbeatable seafood cataplana. It's worth the trip from far just to experience it. Coupled by very good amouse bouche - starters and a strong desert list, including Tarte de Queijada de Sintra.

8/10Food is delicious. Seashells cataplana a real gem. Octopus appetizer was really good also. The house green wine was of good quality for the price. Service uneven depending on the waiter. We were the first clients to arrive and it felt we were disturbing them. Got better later on but nothing exceptional. Seaview is beautiful.

10/10Excellent food. We ordered the fish soup and lobster salad to start, then the beef tornedo and the grilled sea bass for our main courses. Truly delicious. Seafood was so fresh and the beef was some of the best I’ve ever had. This meal put a smile on my face. No-nonsense staff. Seem like experienced servers,

4.5/10The Cataplana is much more like a fish curry (without the spice) than a cataplana - very heavy on cream. The views are nice but the ambience is pretentious.

7/10The lighting was so bright we felt we were in a surgical room. Requested to adjust but denied by a head chief. Not a good customer service restaurant
