10/10Firstly lots of good previous reviews steered me towards this lovely restaurant. I used their website to reserve a table. It was an easy process and we even got a reminder asking if we were still planning on coming. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Between my bad French and their English we got our food ordered. I’d suggest to them that they get menus in English but that said we managed to use an app translation to get it figured out! The restaurant is conveniently located near the theatre district and was spotlessly clean. It was my wife’s 50th birthday and you couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate. So thank you all for a great night and keep up the good work.

4.5/10Very disappointed dinner. Poor ratio price-quality. Boring food. While banal, started were still acceptable, noting more. Hot dishes were mostly tasteless. Low quality products, small portions, drowned in purée. Pulpe grillé at 42.5 has a taste of a chewing gum. Calamar grillé was tasteless. the foie the boeuf had still some taste but it was drowned in the purée which flattened any taste. Desert was full of sugar and lack any texture. A very poor representation of the Turkish cuisine.

4.5/10I remember when they opened the restaurant, the food and the service was excellent. During my visit last week, the experience was a complete letdown. The artichokes we ordered as a starter seemed to be straight out of a can, with a mere sprinkle of parsley, and were promptly served. The main courses, unfortunately, were far from satisfying. It's unclear if there's been a change in the kitchen, but something has definitely shifted for the worse.

Dear Madame, I would like to start with a sincere apology for the bad experience and disappointment caused on behalf of the team. However, I also would like to clarify the artichoke issue. Nothing in our kitchen is straight out of a can including the artichokes. They are frozen artichokes daily cooked in our kitchen. The cooking temperature, cooking time and even the recipe of boiling water for the artichoke is the same since our opening. That being said, following your precise feedback we had our investigation and found out that the artichokes were not up to our standards recently despite the fact that our kitchen staff supposed to follow very precise recipes from our recipe booklet. Everybody can have a bad day at the office and this time it was obviously our turn. Thanks to your feedback we were able to take the necessary actions to fix the issue. I hope we can also find the opportunity to make it up to you as well. Best regards...

8.5/10Our first time to visit and it was a hidden gem! Very brasserie styled decor , muted greens and brown and you would never think that it was offered Turkish cuisine. The menu is small but we had the 2 cold and 2 hot mezzes. Portion sizes are small but presented beautifully. This isn't at all your regular Turkish menu but one that seems to be Michelin styled adapted for more of a European taste. The service is excellent where a local Genvois staff even spoke some Turkish ! The chef came out and met us ....a different experience and will visit again.

10/10This restaurant was an incredible find. The food was incredible, made fresh and full of flavor. The people who work here are kind, understanding (we were with a toddler) and just amazing. We absolutely loved the ambiance as well and the attention to detail not just in the food but also in the plates, utensils, napkins, every part of the experience. We loved to Kofte player as a main. We also loved the starters (bulgur and the spicy yogurt mix) and the Baklava. Even the naan they serve when you order was great. My husband commented that this meal was just as delicious as any we had in Turkey and even better. They're going to start a Sunday Turkish brunch soon and I wish I could be in Geneva for that as I know it'll be absolutely perfect. So glad we found this restaurant by chance.
