9.5/10Food was good and our server was very kind. ‼️ We booked with a promotion (fork festival), but there was unexpected rules. We had to order 1 entree + 1 plat + 1 dessert per person. Otherwise, we can’t get a discount. These rules were never mentioned on the reservation nor on the restaurant pages. Also, it was not possible to order 2 plat instead of 1 entree+1 plat. Even though 2 plats cost more than 1 entree+1plat. Even though the server was very kind but we must be informed before we made a reservation. This info was never mentioned.

8.5/10We got a 50% off the a la carte menu so it was worth it but food was just okay, nothing special. The Shanghai dumplings were really dry and overcooked with no soup in the middle and the noodles soups were good but missing the Szechuan peppers. The service was really good.

2.5/10I had high hopes for Mian based on the glowing reviews, but my experience was deeply disappointing. The food felt like it was bought from a local supermarket, heated, plated, and served with no thought or effort. For the price, I expected something far more authentic and flavorful. Additionally, the vegetarian options were extremely limited, making it an even less enjoyable experience. The quality was far below standard, leaving me wondering why so many have given such high praise. Unfortunately, it was a hopeless dining experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We are regular customers. I ordered the Sichuan beef noodles, but they ran out of the original noodles, so they used lower-quality noodles instead. The taste was completely different from usual. If I had known this before ordering, I would have tried a different dish. The server was very kind and apologized. He told me they would have the original noodles available again next time. I think if the restaurant can’t serve the same quality of food due to a lack of ingredients, it’s better not to offer that dish. Or at least inform the customers..

10/10Cute small restaurant with great quality food. A real gem in Paris. I loved the dumplings, the deserts and the soup. Fantastic place with great service. I will go back soon.
