10/10All perfect! Everything was excellent and we enyoed the ambiance, the nice hosts, the dishes and champagne & wine. Domingo and his crew are wonderful!

Dined here on our last evening in Europe at the end of our 16 day holiday. The meal featured two appetizers from the kitchen and some wonderful breads. Our entrees were first rate.

Amazing food. Really tasty and beautiful plates! Really great surprise and good value for money. I highly recommend it for both business lunch or romantic dinner. Staff is great, friendly. Now this is my fav restaurant in Bern by far

10/10We selected the 3 course 'mystery' selection. Each dish was delicious and specially prepared and with great attention for detail. The service was attentive and friendly. We were most impressed. We definitely will come again.

It’s my fiance’s first time to Europe. Our first stop was Bern and I wanted to treat her to a special dinner to commemorate the occasion. We came across Mille Sens in various travel forums and Google Reviews and decided to try it. The service was great, food was also very unique and delicious, and chef Domingo came by to greet us. My fiance collects unique wine bottles, and wanted to keep the label from the Italian wine we had that night. Chef Domingo placed on a card and wrote a note for her. It’s such a great gesture. We’d recommend checking out Mille Sens if you’re in Bern. If you stay at Savoy hotel, you’ll also get a small discount when dining here.

9.5/10My husband ordered the Four Course meal and it was outstanding. He was blown away by the flavor combinations. They listened to his food preferences and served him generous portions. I had the fish & shrimp curry bowl and it was outstanding! Our Server was warm, friendly & extremely knowledgable. And how lovely that the Chef himself came out to say hello.! We were incredibly impressed by this restaurant we found by chance! Thank you for a phenomenal night!

The experience and the food at Mille is absolutely incredible. Chef Domingo put on a show and a personal touch by 1) at every expense meeting each individual customers needs and 2) ensuring a personal interaction with each customer. I commend him, his team/staff for the work they did to make our dinner one of the best we’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back!!!

10/10Everything was exceptional! The Chef is an artist, the service is excellent, the wine was perfect, our extra requests were taken into consideration! Superb! Go without hesitation for a special day, the team will make your evening perfect The ambience of the restaurant could be improved - here I am really being very critical but with that I can see that Michelin star coming in!

3.5/10Restaurant guests should check their bills carefully. We ordered a three-course meal for 86 francs and a side dish for 39 francs. The waiter added a two-course lunch for 76 francs, which was not even on the menu. After we pointed out the mistake, the staff changed the bill. But this is an embarrassing situation. Not good if you practise it. Yes, and in general the food was not very good. The fish for the main course was overcooked. The potatoes were also overdone. There are almost no vegetables and the slices are so small that they look unappetising. It is not clear what this restaurant is famous for. The location is bad, next to the railway station, and the service of the waiters is not very good. We came to the restaurant after reading reviews. Exaggerated expectations lead to disappointment.

10/10The food and wine was excellent Being a vegetarian, the chef created an imaginative and tasty vegetarian menu as well as an awesome meat menu for my husband. The waiters were professional and friendly and explained each dish as it was brought out. They asked if we wanted some time to digest before the next dish too. The chef came by our table to greet us and later to ask about our meal. Excellent restaurant. This place is a must in Bern.

The restaurant, hidden away in the “Schweizerhof Passage” next to a Gentleman’s Club, is rather large and has an ok atmosphere. Our table was rather hidden away from view in a boring corner. The dinner was meant to be for a special occasion, but we were left disappointed, for the vegetarian among us did not get a great tasting menu at all. There was a preponderance of cheese in all 3 dishes, and on the main course a key ingredient was simply burned. Indeed, we gave up at the point when the waiter suggested that this was in fact on purpose. I should also mention that the waiting time between course 2 and 3 was about 1 hour(!) … and that the service pushes their drink selling a bit too hard. So overall, there will be no repeats here. To be fair, the nonveg items were decent. But overall, when there is a major problem in the main course, simply shrugging shoulders is not acceptable. Taking one beer off the bill does not do it. Overall, NOT recommended!

Kind of hard to find because it’s down a passageway off the street but well worth the trek! I loved what I had and the service was swift and amazing. I would definitely come back.
