2/10Utter disappointment. Had high hopes for Mimi E Coco from glowing reviews, but this location couldn’t come close to delivering. Washrooms without proper sinks!?, 45 minute wait time for food, forgetting a wine order altogether after a 20 minute wait for drinks and cold bland food that had clearly been sitting before being brought to us? Made worse by “starters” coming out with the already late meal. An absolute joke for “good” food in the city.

10/10This was our first restaurant upon going to Rome and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were amazing and fresh. The food was delicious and our server Leo was attentive, nice, and spoke perfect English. If we had more time I would go here all the time.

10/10The staff. Incredible customer service. We sat outside across the laneway, and we had a minimum of 2 hosts ensuring our food was enjoyed, and that we did not require anything else throughout our time at the restaurant. The quality of the food was first class.

One of the best carbonara in Roma. Super well balanced dish. Lasagna also very very tasty, but it could have more meat on it. Either way, would definitely recommend this place.

This is the kind of place tourists over rate because the servers are obsequiously nice and patient with them and speak English very well, but overall the food is just ok and the ambience is nothing special.

3/10It's a tiny and uncomfortable place. The plates are dirty, and the surroundings are not really nice. The food is below average; only a few meals were above average. No a good place to feel Italian hospitality and food.

10/10Mimì e Cocò is an absolute hidden jewel in Rome, tucked away near Largo Torre Argentina! From start to finish, we had the most wonderful dining experience sitting outside. We began with a fresh caprese salad, which was delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed the incredible spaghetti alla carbonara, but the tonnarelli cacio e pepe? It was, without a doubt, the best I have ever eaten anywhere. Perfectly creamy, peppery, and truly unforgettable. We finished our meal with a fantastic saltimbocca. But what truly made our lunch unforgettable was our server, Francesca. She was absolutely amazing – so sweet, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, genuinely caring, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Her exceptional service truly elevated our entire experience. If you're looking for an authentic and charming Roman restaurant with outstanding food and even better service (ask for Francesca!), Mimì e Cocò is a must-visit.

10/10This was a lovely restaurant where we ate outside although there were also inside tables. The 3 of us started with a large shared platter of Italian meat and cheese. Well worth the money. A large portion of carbonara followed. My husband had meatball and spaghetti. Just a note that this is one medium sized meatball. We the. Shared the most gorgeous tiramisu and wish we had gone for one each. Would highly recommend. When we arrived we also noticed people having the traditional spritz with snack. The snack was on a lovely wooden board so we will be back to try that before we leave Rome.

Food was very good, I ordered carbonara and mu friend caccio e pepe. It was delicious, ambience was very nice and old money with wood and dark green theme. Very nice place for lunch and dinmer, also for to take nice pictures. And the staff was very nice and helpful, keep asking if everything okay and cheking on us. After food they even offered us limoncello ahot, which was very kind but we couldnt spend more time there because we had to take the train. It was a very pleasent experience.

10/10The food was delicious , from The pizza to the pasta, desserts were so savoury! and the servers were amazing. They greeted us with prosecco bc our table wasn’t ready on time and offered us limoncello shots to end the dinner. All Around 5 star! We’ll be back for sure!

The food is of a high standard, very tasty and is a wonderful value for the price. The wait staff provided wonderful service. The restaurant manager was involved, attentive and constantly ensured that the service and experience were perfect. We highly recommend and will return there at any opportunity.

10/10The food is amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They placed blinds to block the sun in a hot summer day next to our seat so that we can enjoy our meal in a cooler state. Thank you Mimi E Coco Roma. You made our dining experience memorable.

The pasta and focaccia bread were delicious and the service was excellent! The restaurant manager, Roman, was very friendly and attentive. It was our favorite carbonara we had in Rome - so good we went back again during our short stay!
