We had an excellent experience at our first time. The staff were very kind, the entrees and the main dishes were exquisite, the cocktails were super refreshing. At the heart of Lisbon, Praça do Comércio, say no more: great ambiance and vibe. We’ll check it out for a second visit for sure.

We arrived for our reservation at 2pm and both the hostess and manager stayed there was no record of a reservation. I have at least 6 emails of proof and confirmation plus a conversation on what’s app to make this reservation. I believe our table was given to another group outside as the patio was full. We had to sit inside, service was pretty slow.

At first look it seems a good restaurant, but, when the food arrived it was not the best. I just think that they could make the French fries a little more tasty and so the Bitoque which came all in the "juice". Service was really good though.

The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and is in a great location, right next to Terreiro do Paço, which makes it a great place to just have dinner with friends or family and wander through the lovely streets of Lisbon afterwards. The food, I would say is in line with most restaurants in the capital, without really standing out. There is though some room for improvement when it comes to customer service–you do have to wait quite a lot for the food to arrive and it was quite hard to get waiters' attention when asking for anything.
