All the food was amazing and the view is excellent, but the service was hit or miss. We only got anything if we flagged down a waiter, any waiter, but when we asked, everything came out quickly.

We’ve been here a few times and we always order a portion of rice as we always get few starters. Today this lady came to ask for our order so I said this and that and this and that and for main a porción of paella she was like no you can’t order a portion you need to get 2 portions I’m like ok whatever I’ll cancel this and that and two paella. Quite disappointed about the service and the rice was over cooked

The service was good, the ambience great and the food was inconsistent, some great, some less so. I ordered a salat and it was just too heavy to enjoy. However, the grilled fish is great and I would strongly recommend it. I would come back, now that I know the strengths of the restaurant.

Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The portions were small, and the food was too salty. To make matters worse, we were charged a “terrace supplement” despite not being seated on the terrace. When we questioned it, the staff claimed it was a tax—yet the menu clearly stated that taxes were already included. This felt misleading and unfair. During our visit to Barcelona, we went to nearly 20 restaurants, and this one was by far the most overpriced for what it offered. There are far better options in the city for both quality and value.

This restaurant seems to use small tricks to make you pay more, confirming what other reviews had mentioned. Upon arrival, they offered us an outdoor table without mentioning the additional charge. They also served bread, butter, olives, and pickles we didn’t ask for, which we refused, knowing they would add it to the bill. During the order, they tried to push us toward more expensive dishes, but we stuck to simpler options. The food was good, but they didn’t tell us the paella was for two people, so a lot was left over. At payment, they didn’t accept TheForkPay, and I nearly received a “no-show” for my reservation, though it was eventually confirmed. It’s a shame, because the view and food were enjoyable

Wanted a paella with chicken and my mrs wanted something different ended up having to get the only thing they were serving… the food was ok but the rest was below average wont he coming back and thank god i only paid 50%

It was my first time making a reservation via Fork and it was not good. There is an extra 8% for sitting on the terrace + the waiters bring you bread (in our case, though some people also get olives and burger) and charge 1,75 euro per person (it’s noted in the menu, but can be easily overlooked). I had paella with one undercooked shrimp and three mussels, which was very average and had a bitter aftertaste. Next morning also had a stomachache, most likely from it. My husband had meatballs, they were better, but still nothing special. Sangria was okey. Besides, the 50% discount is not applied on drinks and tapas (and the sangria is 8,75 euro per glass by the way). The prices in the main menu seem to be too high, so they make sense for the place even with the discount. (The whole price for my paella was 19,50). We were also charged for the bread we did not touch, but after I mentioned it, the waiter quickly removed it from the bill. Overall, I do not recommend it at all.

the food and service was good but they added extra bills and didn't get the full percentage. they make some foods at 50%, which is the original state of the fork. but on certain foods, they make discounts of 40%. they put bread and butter without any request and they charge for it too.

For you information they put an extra 8% service charge on the bill for sitting on the terrace, saying it is not tips as it is most likely not going to the staff. Also 1.75 for bread and olives that you have not asked for, thinking it is for free. I completely over ordered for one person but was told it was ok when I asked. I asked for the dice of the dish and it was meant to be for two with three little shrimps on top. I thought it would have been shrimps through it. It is kind of a Barcelona’s version of a Westfield so food comes super fast. Doesn’t feel fresh but I know the mussels were not frozen. My Mussels marinara was quite watery but had good flavour. Nice portion but it was meant as a shared. I had much better in Greece and for the fact you sitting by the water you think they would respect the products much more. Service was extremely friendly but I felt it was sales based as I would have said to my guest (I work in hospitality) that it was too much to order for one.
