No AC in the venue, which was far too warm. Neither my son nor I could eat the first two dishes of the tasting menu. Suddenly, there was a worm on the table. Did it come from the food? Completely lost our appetite. The remaining dishes were okay, but I expected something more exciting since we were visiting a food lab. That was definitely not the case – overall, the dishes felt outdated and very dull.

good morning madam, there was air conditioning but yesterday was a very hot day. regarding the food, you chose the menu on the fork and that menu is very simple but traditional. vitello tonnato monferrino tartare raviolo del plin tagliata di fassona with side dish panna cotta you didn't like the veal tonnato right away. regarding the insect, we are in the countryside and it was on the table and not on the plate. I'm sorry for what happened. I recommend always telling the restaurant owner / staff the truth to their face.. because writing is always easier! but in life, comparison helps both you and us! the food can't please ok, but I don't understand why give two to the staff and the atmosphere!
