We made a reservation for a large party in the Fork app but were told that there was no reservation when we showed up. They still sat us but put us outside with heaters since we had a large party. It took an hour and a half after ordering to receive all of our food, and there were several times where we had to clarify what we did or did not order. They brought out multiple dishes we did not order and the waitresses did not know what each dish was or who ordered it. This place seems to be better for ordering online than sitting in the restaurant because the service and system in place for taking orders is not sound, but we enjoyed most of our food.

I had booked this restaurant for New Year’s Eve dinner and received a confirmation of my reservation. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was completely closed, with no notice or explanation displayed outside. Unfortunately, another couple also arrived at the same time with a confirmed booking, so it was clear this wasn’t an isolated issue. As it was New Year’s Eve, we were then left scrambling to find an alternative place to eat, which was extremely difficult given the time and date. We had booked this restaurant based on its excellent reviews and had travelled from another country, so this situation genuinely dampened what should have been a special evening. If the restaurant needed to close, the booking system should have been updated accordingly to avoid putting customers in this position. Really disappointed.

Food equally good but what was exceptional today was the service. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with the biggest smile on his face the whole time. This is really the best reason to come back again.

Good price and good quality sushi, with a lot of truffle, which we love :) Very nice servers and very welcoming! We ordered the combo and the tuna tataki! Nice space, well decorated, with nice music!
