9.5/10Second visit because it’s so good! Only thing we asked for tomato sauce in place of oil base but was told not possible. All the crust options are amazing! Gluten free as well!

7.5/10We booked in advance so we’re shown to our table promptly but the table was in front of the service counter and the staff were constantly reaching over one of us to get to things. We were kept waiting for our bill for 10 minutes. There’s not much choice for vegetarian but options are available for gluten free dough and vegan mozrella The food was delicious and I would go back again. Location is outside the Dromo

10/10We chose this restaurant on our 1st day in Florence based on its high ratings on The Fork. The reviewers were right! The pizza was excellent, our server was very pleasant, efficient & attentive, & the restaurant was clean & nice. I definitely recommend Mister Pizza to anyone who wants good food & great service! 7.5/10Small and cosy, seating is a bit squashed. Service is good and waiters are friendly. There’s lots to choose from on the menu and you can modify your pizza as much as you want . The pizza arrives really quickly! It tastes pretty good, the base is thick and fluffy and there’s a very good amount of flavour. I think if you’re looking for a typical household Italian pizza this is the place for you.

7.5/10Service was very disorganised and slow, they took forever to take our order and made mistakes on of the items. One of our items was a vegan pizza, they brought it with normal cheese. After pointing that out, one of the waitresses pretended to correct the mistake and bring a new one. But it was the same pizza. Had the person had an allergy (in a restaurant that caters for allergies…) it could have been very serious.

9.5/10Fast service, quality ingredients, and the gluten free pizza crust was amazing. Even those who eat gluten agree that it was good and almost identical in taste and texture to a regular high quality crust.

7.5/10Good pizza but it seems the middle is almost always soggy. Even with a simple Regina pizza the middle is still too wet ruining the crust. But the ingredients are always high quality.

7/10The staff was great. The pizza was OK. It was typical wood-fired pizza. Good but not necessarily anything superb. One pizza dough was great (wheat and sesame together) but it had burnt areas.

7.5/10Food is excellent and servers are really nice BUT they pad the prices if you make a reservation with a discount. Ate there twice, once as normal, second time with a reservation with a 30% food discount (we booked reservation since we had to wait for a table the first night, the discount was just a bonus). They padded the prices the second night. Pizza that normally costs €8.50, they charge €10, then charge for topping substitutions (which were free the first time). They increased the service charge too. All in all they overcharged us about €5 each compared to what we should have paid as advertised. We would have paid less if we had just ordered regularly. I love their pizza and we were planning to eat there again but this has left a sour note.

Hello Christine, thanks for your feedback. However we have to point out that the story you are telling is not the full story. The prices are always the same and are the ones printed on the menu where it is clearly stated that the substituiton of ingredients has a cost, just like it is clearly written the service charges... The reason that you €8,50 pizza cost €10 is that you ordered it with gluten free dough which costs €1,50 more... there is a full area on the menu with the different doughs and their costs! We are sorry that you left us this review when everyhting is written and moreover the discount was applied to your pizza. The discount you booked with in fact only applies to the pizzas and it was regurlarly applied, so we don't understand what is your complaint with it... Neverthless we are happy you enjoyed your pizza!

4.5/10I had a reservation and took them 30 minutes to take my order even when i keep telling them i want to order ,its not good that 9 tables with only 1 waitress, and they charge 10% for the service! Would not come again ever.

9/10One of the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life (eating gluten free). I truly recommend eating there. My husband tried the sourdough pizza and enjoyed it very much. The location is central on the dumo piazza, you can enjoué the view as well as the pizza. Don’t forget to reserve !
