The service was desperate the worst we have experienced in a long time

Good afternoon. you were attended by repeating the rules we have in fork. only 30% discount is included in the menu., not in special dishes , the drink is not included in the discount and you did want to pay for the water. . and reservation rules that are clearly exposed in the fork application. . anyway thanks for your visit.

Everything was good, been to the restaurant twice and got the same pasta but it was different each time - it was certainly interesting but not what I wanted. Steak was excellent and waiter service was great

On arrival I told them I had booked lunch through the Falk app. I was told to find a seat. 10 minutes later I was given a menu and at this point I asked for the dirty table to be cleaned. I had a starter, a salad and a main course. The food is excellent, the service is diabolical. When waiters were in view they made no attempt to check if all was ok. They appeared only interested in their pay cheque. The main course I ordered was steak and veal arrived! I sent it back to the kitchen and waited a further 20 minutes for the steak to arrive. On receiving my bill and checking through it I found the 30% discount had not been applied. I then waited a further 10 minutes for the amended bill to arrive. I found alcoholic drinks expensive. To sum up, the food is very good the service terrible.

Lovely restaurant in beautiful surroundings. It was winter and dark but being on the waterfront must be lovely on warmer evenings. The food was excellent albeit the menu is expensive.
