I loved everything about this place! The wait staff was welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions. We all loved the food. I had the fish of the day (monkfish) which was prepared with a delicious sauce. The portions are small- but that suited us fine after so many filling meals in Rome. The place is intimate and the ambiance tranquil. highly recommend it.

The best dinner in my life

Food was terrible. We were there for 3 hours(!!!) it took at least 30 min to take our order, we needed to keep waiting for long, every dish took forever to come out. We choose the 5 course testing menu, tables so close to each other that you couldn’t even get into the chair. Very bad experience, waste of money, time and a night in Rome.

Well worth the 25 minute drive from the center of Rome. Fish, risotto, zucchini all good . Lots of inexpensive wines on the menu. Would go back again.

We did the chef’s tasting menu. All the dishes were fabulous tasting and beautifully plated. A wonderful experience.

The cuisine is delicate and exceptionally delicious. It is strongly influenced by Japanese cuisine, skillfully incorporating miso and soy sauce. Truly a first-class taste. Unfortunately, more than half of the seating is outdoors, and located on the sidewalk. We were seated there as well, but it was a cold day, and a group of waiting customers was quite noisy, making it hard to relax. Given how outstanding the food was, it felt like a shame.

Everything was spot on, food was great, wine pairing delicious and the service was the absolute highlight, both Carlotta (super knowledgeable with wines) and Viola Sofia (top notch service). Well done everyone!

Unique dishes that left us speechless. In a city with great cuisine and food mio is a mistake visit. We took the menu with seven courses and it was the best choice. The best plate for us was the tiramisu, a fresh and beautiful desert.

Visiting Rome from the US and we found this little gem restaurant near our hotel. We decided to try the prefix tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was amazing! The food, the service and the atmosphere were perfect in every way. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the tasting menu at Moi Roma, and it was truly unforgettable. The family-owned restaurant exudes a warm, cozy ambiance, making you feel instantly at home. Each course was beautifully crafted, but the standout was the beef tartare—absolutely divine! The wine pairings were expertly selected, perfectly complementing every dish. Moi Roma is a hidden gem just outside of the city, offering an exceptional dining experience that I can’t recommend enough!

Wow; what a meal. I’ve never had a tasting menu feel so effortless. I left only a bit stuffed but not in the way that most tasting menus make you feel; everything was restrained and delicate. Not to mention, 60€ a person for a tasting menu is also very reasonable for 7 courses! I can’t wait to recommend this place to everyone who comes to Rome.

An extraordinary dinner experience. Moi is a small restaurant with outstanding dishes, an elaborate wine list, and above all a very gentle staff. Communication in English went smoothly. Strongly recommended.

This restaurant was our last meal in Italy and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, the at atmosphere was dark and cool, and the food was excellent! Perfect way to end our trip! Highly recommend the tasting menu just for the wonderful experience!

Really amazing food. Only the duck from the tasting menu was chewy. I enjoyed every second at this place. Servers very nice as well. The only downside was the fact that the two tables outside, near the windows, were placed on a grill, which made it almost impossible for me to walk on in high heels.

We found this restaurant by searching for bib gourmand in the area. We were excited to go. But very disappointing. The food was not very interesting and almost bland. This was not at all what was expected as other reviews were 9.8 out of 10.

Although it’s kind of outside the main hustle and bustle of Rome, some of the best food I ever had. The terimasu is delicious, and having gone twice, each menu tasting was unique, but excellent both times. 55 euro for 7 courses is more than fair

Great food and great service! We had a great time and the dinner was excellent! Highly recommended! If you are in Rome this a great place to have dinner!

High quality food, we had the tasting menu and it was great. I think they are in a good path for earning their Michellin star, great value for what you paid. However, they need to improve in small details, like changing the cutlery for every new dish or like having a place where to hang your coat. Also it was a bit odd to not have the option of having a wine pairing the tasting menu. Overall a great experience and I would recommend people to visit.

We spent a few days in Rome and had been to at least 5 restaurants some of which were much more expensive. Moi Ristorante was the best. Delicious food, beautifully presented and great service. Next time I go to Rome would definitely want to go there again.

Off the beaten track but well worth the detour. Modern inspired Italian cooking. Good selection of wine. Simple setting but good seats. It’s all about the food and they deliver.
