Amazing food, fresh ingredients prepared in a heavenly way, great prices, service was top, very friendly staff, owner and cook. Highly recommend it. Thanks for the wonderful experience and amazing hospitality. 👏

So.... What to start from.... We came at 14.05 to the restaurant, with one purpose: just to relax and eat. 1 thing that we were waiting 25 minutes just to be able to have a water, not saying to have food. 25 minutes! And noone came to us. We have asked 3 times anyone to take an order but of course cleaning other tables and talking was more important than to take care of the customers. 2: finally the order was taken. Then : the price of " coperto " in Italy generally includes whipes and bread. And guess what: all the other customers have been given the bread and we had to run behind the waiters 2 times to get it. Frankly speaking I have been working as a waiter for a long time and situation like that happened as well. But me as a waiter that didn't do my job on the proper level always gave to my customers something for " sorry" : or a decert or an amaretto. But the staff of this restaurant did non care at all. People who came 2 minutes earlier than we did recieve a water, drink, food while we recieved an empty table and totall ignorance form the staff. That was terrible . I don't know why: or because we were the fork's customers or just because waiter aren't able to make his job. Sorry but I will never come back here.

Our table was ready on our arrival, but unfortunately it was located on the edge of the area. We ordered an octopus and a tuna, but they let us know that the tuna was no longer available only after we received the octopus, so we chose a swordfish, waiting patiently. The quality was not sufficient, we expected more. Also the wine was not good. The location has a potential but there was no decoration at all.

Boccuni, ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata positiva, tuttavia occorre precisare alcune cose: Di norma teniamo i tavoli per 2 persone sui bordi, per assicurare maggiore privacy e tranquillità, avrebbe potuto chiedere diversa posizione in fase di prenotazione. Può accadere di terminare una materia prima, soprattutto in giorni di grande affluenza Il vino da Lei scelto è uno sfuso della cantina Botrugno: se non di suo gradimento, avrebbe potuto chiedere al personale un'altra opzione, per esempio scegliendo tra le numerose selezioni di vino in bottiglia delle migliori case vinicole. L'area su cui sono presenti i nostri tavoli, dovrebbe saperlo, è normalmente destinata, in ore antimeridiane, a zona mercatale, pertanto non è possibile avere installazioni fisse di " decorazioni". Se qualcosa del cibo scelto non è stato di Suo gradimento, avrebbe potuto segnalarlo al momento, o quando ha pagato il suo conto (€ 31 in due persone) Best regards
