Ordered a drink, never arrived but was on the bill had to ask for it to be removed. Wasn’t offered Parmesan on our pasta dishes, even though 2 waiters walked past us with it. Unlike others we didn’t get any bread, the still water was 4.50 euro. And finally we reserved through the fork and told them that when we arrived. Initially the bill didn’t have the discount applied. When the waiter went back to put the discount on the bill (and remove the beer) suddenly a service charge appears. I challenged it and was told that the fee you pay when you reserved through the app essentially cancelling out the discount I was receiving. The table wasn’t level and cramped, squished next to other tables and was never offered to sit inside instead which was empty. Food was okay, but the staff and service were terrible. Even after asking for the bill our waited ignored us and walked around instead.

We went there for lunch and it wasn’t what we expected. We booked and went in partly because of the discount they offered, but in the end it was a huge disgust. They brought the first check which was 83 euros without the discount. We let them know and they brought in a second check with the original price of £92 but with discount applied it was £74. They increased the price so it was not a real 30% as they offered. We went to the till to ask why this happened and the cashier was disgustingly rude to us, saying that we went to Venice and wanted to eat for free and that Venice was not for us. Such an unpleasant experience. If you ever have the chance of going to this place, don’t take it.

Well, there is nothing Venetian nor Italian about this place, if you’re fine with that and the prices being high, with the attempt of the staff to upsell you on everything. Sit down fee €5, water €5, a n un ordered compliment to the starter €7, they even offered a €3 bottle of wine at a special price of €20. With the 50% discount it feels like I paid normal price at a good local restaurant. Disappointed in this restaurant, and I don’t understand why it has good reviews. The staff were friendly, but did not seem sincere.
