10/10Very friendly and open hearted staff. Great tasting and very affordable food. Reservation for the same day was possible and the Restaurant was not completely full. The food was prepared very quickly and we were often checked up upon to see if we wanted anything else. 10/10

7/10Small restaurant tucked away from the busy streets where others were. We went to visit thanks to TA and the discount they were promoting. To be honest, Hits and misses. So it’s really up to you. Our first dinner in Milan. Good stuff you can surely try: the pasta with tomato and cream sauce with minced beef/pork, eggplant parmigiana. The misses: the meatballs were a bit hard, my daughter’s order meatballs with tomato sauce is definitely a miss. Service was friendly. However they handed me the wrong bill which I almost paid since it was all in Italian. Don’t be shy to ask for an explanation, bec instinctively that’s what I did and glad i did it! We would have paid €108++ for our bill despite she said there’s already a 40% discount … and bec i asked for one by one explanation… she then realized mid way this was NOT my bill. Then she went to get another one. Overall, ok. Went with kids 12 and 9 years old, plus my husband. Restaurant wasn’t full on a Friday 8pm when we left. While at the river area some of the restaurants were packed to the brim. Portions were ok.

10/10There are two locations. I booked at Viale Gian Galeazzo but we made a mistake going to their Via Orti location instead. Despite my error and them being fully booked, the team at Via Orti found a way. Service was great and appreciated how they accommodated us. They were busy and running around serving and busing tables.The food was wonderful and unexpected so it was an adventure for us. Definitely a place where locals go. We highly recommend. Thanks again for the team at Via Orti. It was the May 4th dinner team so the owners know. They were great!
