The ambience was very poor narrow and windowless The service was zero I practically became a waiter serving food to my cohosts The food quality was poor My “caponata” was almost iced Nothing to spare with the Montesoprano restaurants where I stayed and was very satisfied

We would like to clarify that this location is different from the other two Montesoprano restaurants, as reflected in the name, which changes to 'Montesoprano Street.' Additionally, during the reservation process, it was clearly stated that table service is not included due to the simplified street food concept, and there was no charge for table service. You were informed of this beforehand! As for the caponata, traditionally, it is served cold, as you might have noticed in our other restaurants as well. We hope to see you again soon. The staff!

The waiter wouldn't give us the discount

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion, but we’d like to clarify that our staff explained before you ordered that the promotion you booked included only the main meat dishes and the aperitif, with everything else excluded. Unfortunately, it seems you ordered items that were not part of the promotion. The booking form clearly lists two options: one for the promotion you selected, which was explained by our staff, and another exclusively for sandwiches. We always apply promotions where they are applicable, but in this case, the items you chose were not eligible.
