The ambiance is perfect for couples or family, the service was quick and gentle...I would recommend updating the menu as it doesn't match what is written on the fork+ putting only the pictures of food that enter on the promo as some burger were not included. For the rest, it was good

5.5/10This is a mediocre chain restaurant. We chose it in late August because most places in Milan were closed, but I wouldn’t return. A word of caution: while they advertise generous Fork discounts (40–50%), the savings are offset by overpriced wine — bottles start around €40. In the end, you don’t save much at all.

What a miserable experience. After browsing through countless menus, my husband and I decided to spend our anniversary dinner at Montesoprano. Though we had never been there before, the food selection sounded good so we were excited to give it a go. Sadly, the dinner was an absolute let down. Firstly, it was exceptionally difficult to get any attention from any serves, and even when we did, we had to ask for things such as water and ice several times before they were actually brought to us. As an appetizer, we shared the eggplant parmigiana which was nothing to rave about but still the best dish of the night. My husband got what was described as a hamburger as a main and I got two different salads, reitterating that I'd like the dressing to be served separately, so I can decide how much I want to add myself. When the mains arrived, we were in for quite a surprise as my husband did not receive a 'hamburger' but simply a burger a.k.a. just a beed patty with some sad looking leaves as

10/10Authentic Sicilian, food great wine, and chefs compliment made this experience absolutely unbelievable. It’s not the first time that we’re going to this place., plus it is a chain of Restaurants. So it is great to find great quality of the food for a reasonable price. Will be back absolutely

The most basic food I ever had in Italy. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. I had a reservation made through The Fork for a certain hour and they made us wait 20 more minutes until we could get a table. During that wait, the waiter even had the audacity to suggest us to go to their other restaurant, which was "a mere 8 minutes away by foot", when it was, in fact, 24 minutes away. The portions of the food were insultingly small, especially for the price... I ordered the so called "specialità di nonna Marietta", which were supposed to be amazing meatballs, as described by the waitress. The meatballs and the sauce were very basic, and the meat quality was very low. Even IKEA meatballs are 10× better. There was nothing served on the side with the meatballs, which is inadmissible for their price. Unprofessional, basic and pricey. Don't waste your money here.

Gentile cliente, purtroppo ha prenotato in una sede diversa rispetto a quella in cui si è presentato, motivo per cui è stato invitato a raggiungere quella corretta che la attendeva. Per quanto riguarda le porzioni delle polpette al sugo, serviamo circa 200g di carne, 130g di salsa e 40g di formaggio al prezzo di 15 euro. La carne proviene dalla nostra azienda agricola, con allevamento biologico tra pascolo estensivo e un breve periodo di finissaggio in stalla, garantendo la qualità della nostra selezione. Per quanto riguarda l’Ikea, purtroppo non conosciamo la loro qualità, ma se sono simili alle nostre saranno di ottima fattura probabilmente. Inoltre, il fatto che siano risultate "scandalosamente poche" ci lascia sperare che siano state di suo gradimento; altrimenti sarebbero sembrate “troppe," probabilmente. Cercheremo senz’altro di fare meglio al prossimo incontro. Grazie per la visita.

2.5/10The portions were extremely small; even when combining the two meals, we still couldn't create a decent serving for one person. They provided still water in a jar, and it was difficult to determine whether it was tap water. However, when it came time to pay, it became clear just how precious that water was. Lastly they do not have an english menu. If you are planning to visit the place it is better to learn Italian or translation skills on the phone.

Gentilissimo, ci spiace sapere che non si sia trovato bene. Le porzioni dei nostri piatti sono tutte superiori ai 200 grammi e l acqua in caraffa viene servita attraverso il depuratore, chiaramente indicando nel menù, al costo di 2,5 per caraffa. L'utilizzo di un depuratore di ultima generazione ci permette di svolgere un lavoro prezioso per l'ambiente ed anche per la nostra attività in quanto i costi non sono di certo irrisori. Per quanto riguarda la traduzione basta selezionare dal codice qr presente al tavolo la lingua desiderata ed il menù viene visualizzato istantaneamente nella lingua scelta, inoltre é possibile ordinare in lingua inglese direttamente al nostro staff in sala che certamente non sarà impeccabile nella conoscenza della lingua ma di certo riuscirete ad ordinare tranquillamente come credo abbiate già fatto durante la vostra visita. Ad ogni modo ci spiace molto che non sia andata bene e cercheremo assolutamente di fare meglio alla prossima eventuale visita. Cordialmente Lo Staff.

9/10The caponata, tomato onion salad, and polpette were *perfect*! The portion sizes were just right for enjoying multiple courses, given how rich Sicilian food is. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to install sound insulation panels -- but hard surfaces making a loud dining room and a lack on sound insulation are a very common problem in Milan (so other restaurants take note!).

10/10This restaurant is such a hidden gem! The food was fantastic and the service excellent. Not much English is spoken but it really was not an issue. Prices are so reasonable as well. It is a quick metro ride and then a 4 minute walk to a really local neighborhood. If you love authentic this is the place for you.

5/10The meals were good, you can feel quality in the meat. However, the lady at the service was very rude, laughing at our choices, giving arrogant vibe as she knew we were not-italian. Laughing out loud with other clients here was totally rejecting. Not good experience at all.
