9/10Everything was quite nice! Very nicely prepared and beautifully presented. My only concerns were the Prix fix menu of the day is just that prix fixed no choices at all and 2 of our dishes , 1 a mackerel dish and 2 a smoked eel dish had just a bit too much “taste of the sea” for our liking. Not sure if that’s our American palate or something was a bit off but I likely would have chosen an alternative dish had there been any options. Overall I’d recommend this spot but I wouldn’t give it 5 stars

7/10Lovely welcome and location. Mentioned our booking was gluten free and no meat met with surprise and comment of this should have been mentioned on booking. It had been. Asked for this to be checked. Felt a bit uncomfortable and like we’d been told off but no issues re food and service good and gluten free no meat accommodated very well. Wine pairings worked very well too.

10/10This is the first time first day we visited Amsterdam, also that is our daughter ‘s birthday, we may not understand very well about food details, but we really enjoy our meal and very glad to take photo with owner, smile is always the best language. We love Mos!

4/10We had a 5-course vegetarian lunch - Absolutely not worth visiting - major let down Food was off balance, everything was a bit on the sour side Serving sizes were too small, we ate outside after we were done as we were still hungry The server brought sea bass for our second course despite ours being a vegetarian meal Only positives was how the food looked (not the taste) and the view of the canal

10/10This was the first time we bought our 12 year old son to a fine dining establishment. They could not have made him feel more welcome. The food and service was absolutely fantastic mixing classic taste and flavours with some new interesting palette combinations. All the food was cooked to perfection and to the high standard I would expect from such a wonderful restaurant

10/10Absolutely amazing! We loved the atmosphere and the food, we appreciated the attention to details. Everything is a great mix of tastes and textures. It was our first Michelin star experience and a great choice. We had written it was our anniversary, so they gave us a table by the window and prepared a special desert.

9/10I genuinely enjoyed the food. However, I couldn't help but notice that the staff treated me differently compared to how they treated a white man seated nearby. While they were very responsive to him, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes before I had to approach them for the bill.

10/10It is an amazing restaurant with a nice view but the real story lies in the menu. We've had the 6-course menu and each piece overtook the previous one. Service was also amazing. We want to thank the Turkish lady who cared for us during the night and explained everything in detail.

+4Beautiful setting, amazing good value for Michelin starred restaurant , supremely professional service and the food is inventive and delicious. This is our second fall/winter visit and are planning a spring visit to AMS to enjoy outdoor seating and the spring menu (fewer beets).

+3We enjoyed lunch with a fabulous view. Every course was exceptionally executed, tasted foreign yet familiar, and when balanced together provided an outstanding culinary experience we both were thrilled with. Service was impeccable, food was outstanding, could not have asked for a better meal. We will definitely be back.
