9.5/10The kitchen and server were both on top of their game. The mussels were cooked to exactly the perfect doneness (ie. tender, not chewy at all). The only recommendation would be for the kitchen to prepare the pasta just al dente, so that if you choose to eat it after eating a lot of mussels, the pasta won't be too soft. At any rate, a definite bargain given the price and quality.

8/10A little off their game today, as they were focused on resolving some unexpected problems with their kitchen. The mussels were a touch overcooked. But I will still return again, because I know from previous experience what they're truly capable of.

10/10Great food and gin!! Each moule meal is huge. We were 5 persons, we ordered 4 types of moules and we still had a lot of leftovers! Pay attention to that since the stuff did not advice us about the sizing

7/10The place (decoration) looks like a restaurant you'd find on a beach, which to me is not at all appropriate. Being half Belgian myself, I have to say that the mussels served were a far cry fro.m what you'd get in Belgium for just a little more money. The mussels were tiny and the bouillon tasteless. On the tables you'd find kitchen paper towels, which is awful. In Belgium the napkins would be in cloth. The Gin served as a drink) is good by I fail to see the relation with the food. The service was the saving grace. Quick and courteous.

9.5/10This is a little restaurant with big attitude. The food was great and the staff fun and super attentive, It’s not on the main tourist beat but that makes it even more special. I would highly recommend a visit if you love Moules.

10/10Booked this on a whim and so glad that I did! Both my partner and I loved the mussels and gin cocktails, and our server was extremely attentive. Very accommodating for English speakers, which we also appreciated. Will be recommending to friends visiting Lisbon!

10/10Incredible place. The tábua with tartar of salmon and tuna alongside mussels in a vinaigrette was almost a meal in itself. The moules meunière were divine. What a find!

8.5/10If you like mussels, Moules and Gin is the place to go. There were 4 of us and we ordered 3 different mussel dishes. They were all delicious, both the mussels themselves and the delicious broth they were cooked in. However, they do not provide any receptacle for the mussel shells. Instead we were told that they would swap out our bowls once they filled with shells. They did give us new bowls at one point. However, with our bowls filling up with shells (again), we were unable to enjoy that wonderful broth, which is a big part of eating mussels. Despite this we found the meal enjoyable.

10/10The food was everything I was hoping for. The mussels were very good, and worth their price! The quantities are pretty generous. Also, the homemade desserts were very tasty. Good service and good food.

10/10Took advantage of the deal on The Fork… so thought it was worth a try. You guys!! This place is awesome. The food was delectable. The drink was delicious. The service was wonderful. The space is surprisingly large…different rooms with different vibes. We sat in a colorful and happy room! We will definitely be going back again. It was a lovely evening.

7.5/10The portion of the moules is quite big, but they were missing flavour and were overcooked. The tiradito was a small portion considering the price. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

6.5/10It's a beautiful place, and the service is okay, however I think the food just isn't worth what it costs. And a minimum €12 for a regular gintonic is simply too much, it's a gintonic, not a cocktail that's been carefully mixed and served. Some go up to €15

9.5/10Good is very good. I’ve eaten a lot of mussels & these were some of the best. Cooked just right so very tender rather than chewy. I had the tonsils & herb version which highlights the taste of the mussels well. I’m not generally a fan of French fries but these were cooked perfectly. Crisp in the outside, soft but not mushy inside. Also had the steak which was tender & flavorful and cooked perfectly rare. Service was very friendly & helpful. Found it through the Fork, was definitely a happy meal.

10/10Great mussels and great prices. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a long way for us to go but the Mussels gratin, Steak, fries, and Mediterranean mussels were so good we will be back!!!

10/10We were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant in a residential neighborhood. Mussels served 10 different ways, Thai style, Belgian, etc. Also 18 different kids of gin from everywhere. Mussels served with fries or pasta, and great bread for soaking up the yummy broth of the mussels.
