4/10The food was not bad, but not great either. The ribs were bland and lacked any real flavor. The potatoes and fries were good. The service was extremely slow and disappointing. We waited for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The tables are also very close together and you can hear the conversations at each table next to you. The wait staff was rude and treated us more like a nuisance than a customer. The worst part was a barking dog at the table behind us that also ended up urinating on the floor. I’m not sure how a dog was even allowed in a sit down restaurant to begin with or how these people were not asked to leave once their dog became disruptive.

10/10Really beautiful interior with delicious food. Sizes are huge and the waiters are all really lovely. Really great prices. This is our third time in Bruges but first time here and are sad we hadn’t gone here earlier.

2/10Overall a very poor experience! It would appear that all Fork voucher clients were sat in the same part of the restaurant to separate them from normal clients. Waiters were pushy to take orders and constantly encouraged us to order additional items. We were a couple and ordered one ribs and one rib eye steak. Ribs were not tender at all, as one would expect. Neither was the rib eye steak, which turned out to be a sirloin steak. The waiter and management assured me that I was served a rib eye steak but I have eaten a lot of rib eye and sirloin steaks in my lifetime (I am 55) and know how to tell the difference. What irritated me most was the arrogance of the staff to argue the point when then knew I was right and they had been caught out by a steak connoisseur! All it would have taken was an apology to say that the served steak was made in error, offered the two glasses of red wine we had on the house, or made some other offer to make it up, and I would not be writing this bad review.

8.5/10Great setting ! Behind a little door is a big restaurant. Great food and service - although drinks a little slow when very busy. Lovely cooked steak - don’t have the hot sauce ! Good job we booked in advance - very busy on a Monday night

7/10Ribeye steak was one of the worst I’ve ever had, every mouth full was full of gristle. The manager explained “yes, it’s a ribeye so it is supposed to be fatty”. Hmm. Staff were faultless though, as was the ambience. Would go again but next time I’ll stick with the ribs.

9/10Very hospitable staff and charming space. I didn’t have ribs (had Irish Ribeye instead). The steak was a little tough but tasty. That said since ribs are the speciality, the staff insisted I try some and gave me a sample as well.

10/10Amazing place. What a find. Service impeccable. Setting was very quirky. Food was unbelievable. The beers were tasty and waiter gave lots of advice and tastings. Was great for the kids. Entrecôte steak was our favourite. Would come again. Definitely recommend.

10/10Our second visit in a week whilst staying in Bruges. Tonight we got to sit in the back, so quirky & such a cool experience. Food as before, fantastic, service so attentive. Well done everyone all.
