2/10In my opinion, this place is a total tourist trap and a victim of its own popularity. Please do not choose this restaurant in Bruges. They force every single person to order both a main course and a drink. I might not want a drink with my meal, or I might want to order it later, but they refused to take the food order without a drink. The waiters are rude and practically mock you. They take advantage of their popularity to impose these ridiculous rules. We waited in line for so long that we didn't want to leave, but it was a frustrating experience. Bruges is a beautiful city, but this restaurant was the worst memory of our trip. Furthermore, when my friend wanted to taste the soup, they told us they couldn't give us an extra spoon. Such a lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable. The prices are also way too high for this kind of service.

9/10The waiter! Excellent English skills. Sense of humor and more than willing to serve you. The food was v.good. the only negative were the small tables for two; like a french cafe bistro. The ribs are served on big plates where you need space!

10/10We had a great experience at Mozart Restaurant. The cheese croquettes were rich, creamy, and perfectly crispy. The all-you-can-eat ribs were incredibly tender, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The fish stew gratin had a delicious combination of cod, bass, and salmon that made every bite flavorful and satisfying. The jacket potato paired perfectly with everything. We also enjoyed both draft and bottled beers, which complemented the meal really well. The service was excellent—Kurt, our waiter, was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

10/10The absolute best restaurant I went in Belgium. The waiters are really nice and the place is just cosy. Food is incredible. There was an ex-firefighter waiter that served us, he is the best:)

10/10Highly enjoyable - great atmosphere and environment...from the outside it looks modest but when you get in it's huge and imposing - wonderful concept. Service was fantastic, a very attentive waitress. Food was great, I had the ribs, my daughter enjoyed her chicken skewer...only criticism was my wife's steak was a bit tough and undercooked, needed sending back, But it was sorted and don't let it detract - well wroth a visit!

It was my first time there, and will absolutely go back, the vibe, the decoration is just so amazingly beautiful, the food is also so good, great portions, very friendly staff also, and even though there is a lot of people, you feel comfortable and the service is quick, they also respected my request for a cozy corner that’s why I rate 10/10! I truly recommend

10/10The waiter kirk was unbelievable. 1 of the best iv had. Smile on his face the whole time. Great English and was very generous with the ribs soup and whatever else we needed. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in bruges. Fantastic
