10/10Very nice restaurant. The meat quality and the way it was prepared is outstanding. Super nice staff. We were a group of 9 and everybody was very happy. New favorite steak restaurant in Amsterdam.

10/10Exceptional Food & Wonderful Team! This is, without a doubt, the best steak restaurant in Amsterdam! From the warm welcome to the last bite, everything was outstanding. We started with the warm smoked beef platter, perfectly topped with melted cheddar and parmesan—an absolute treat. But the true highlight was the Shato 400g—incredibly tender, served in a rich butter sauce with crispy fried bread. Divine! The fries, fresh salads, and homemade mayonnaise were just as impressive. And the Lokum burger—juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit! Highly recommended!

10/10Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with a spacious and beautifully decorated interior. The impressive display of aged meat and various cuts in the cooler immediately catches your eye. I ordered the 400-gram ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious – incredibly tender and full of flavor. The service team provided exceptional care, ensuring that our dining experience was truly memorable.

7.5/10We had mixed feelings about the restaurant. Although the quality of the dishes we chose was good, the portioning made little sense to us. We ordered salads as starters but they turned out to be large as mains. For the main dishes the menu showed size information so we could choose a dish that we could manage size-wise. Obviously we only had a small selection of the choice on the menu, but we couldn't help feeling the prices were quite steep.

10/10After being in Europe for a month we were craving a good steak. This restaurant filled the spot. We had a lovely eye fillet cooked to perfection, served with spinach & chips. Definitely one of our best meals

9.5/10Great spot! Fantastic food and the staff really made us feel welcome. We were there as a table of 11 to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Everyone agreed that it was our favourite meal while in Amsterdam for the few days. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and the little extra touches for our parents. It was very much appreciated.

Meat (porterhouse) was good. I would personally cook it even less. So I should have asked “bleu” and not “rare”. The real problem was the wine. One of the worst Zinfandel I ever drank though the bottle costed about 50€. Quite a mystery there.

9.5/10The Portuguese girl was the best waitress in the restaurant’ she was very caring, really attended and also very friendly and jolly’ !! The portions are very small and the side dishes also very tiny.. But nice atmosphere and the quality of meat was excellent! ????

10/10Fantastic experience at Mr Meat Steakhouse. Our waiter had a wealth of knowledge. I don't eat Steak so ordered the Tuna and it was divine. Seared to perfection. My hubby who is a big steak fan ordered T-Bone , he was recommended to choose his cut. He said it was melt in mouth. I would highly recommend if you are a steak fan to dine here ..

9/10Meat is the hero front and center, and it really delivers. We had the aged Club Steak and it was amazing. The sides of fries and spinach look simple, but are very tasty and make the beef shine.

6.5/10Good food, bad service. The restaurant has one mission to get u out of there as soon as possible. The starter was served within 5 min after ordering.m, main was service when we just finished the starter.
