7.5/10The wait staff were very attentive, and the restaurant design is fresh and minimalist. The food, however, was a letdown in several respects: the salad with black rice lacked a good deal of flavor and tasted unexceptional (the chewiness of the rice, we assumed, was an intentional choice), but it was the New Orleans sushi roll that really disappointed us. While it had a good texture, it was topped by an overpoweringly sweet sauce that looked like it came ready-made straight from a bottle, and which prevented us from tasting any other ingredient in the dish. The meal was redeemed somewhat by the schnitzel main course, though this lacked sauce (unlike the sushi roll). The mocktails were inoffensive though overpriced. We had been really looking forward to dining at Mudrá due to a friend's strong recommendation but unfortunately we cannot share her endorsement.

The truffle sushi rolls and Pad Thai were very tasty! Their cocktails are unique and I definitely recommend trying a few. When I first walked in, I thought that the decor was stark and white, and that we were a bit overdressed for the place. However the people are warm, the service is fast, and the food is a refreshing change from all the tapas we had been having around Spain. We ordered a la carte - about 3-4 plates should work great for a couple.

6/10Great concept, poorly executed. We were excited to try out a “vegetarian Michelin star” restaurant but we were quite disappointed by the remarkably high price for pretty unremarkable food and portion sizes. Nothing was outright bad (except for the chocolate mousse with a pool of olive oil), but save your money. There are plenty of other incredible vegetarian restaurants in Madrid for much less money.

10/10I ordered a naughty salmon. It tastes so fresh and delicious and quite filling. My wife ordered the sexy omelette. She also loved it. My daughter ordered hotcakes and granola, which was also fantastic. The ambience location and friendly staff is five stars.

No issues apart from somewhat small and not filling portions based on the price. The food is creative and tasty especially considering that it’s ALL plant based, however mediocre price for value. Ambience was okay, service was super lovely

Food wise is a really good restaurant no question there but the place was way too noisy and getting the attention of the waitress was a challenge

5.5/10Creative ideas for vegan food, but not enough to make a meal. Food arrived before drinks, got served one wrong dish (which we accepted to avoid waiting), and the wrong dessert (which we pointed out and got the right one). Perhaps food is basically assembled in the kitchen, not prepared. Too expensive for what it was, sorry to say

8/10The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience was very nice. The staff was attentive and available. They were also very kind by having a birthday candle on our dessert (I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday). However the food was disappointing. Our rotolo was raw in the middle and a bit bland and the torrija we had for desert was cold (no contrast with the ice cream that was served with it).

Good and partly also surprising flavors (Carrots with Demi glace and sweet potatoe was great!), Sushi with Passion fruit surprisingly fresh. Schnitzel for 2 was crispy, but a bit fatty, especially the potatoes, while the tomatoe salad and lettuce did add freshness, the whole dish did not meet the seasoning spicks from the appetizers and all in all came over a bit blant. Also the chutney was taste the Schnitzel could have used some sauce (Demi glace). Service was good once it took notice. The ambience is a bit to clean shaven and misses a cozy touch. One can argue nothing distractes from the food, but ultimatly Mudra is not quiet there yet...

9/10This was one of the best vegetarian restaurants I have ever been to. I would overall highly recommend Mudra, though the service was not that great, but that could definitely be an isolated incident that we had. I would definitely try again if we are in Madrid. The concept, ambiance and food are all wonderful.

+6We were on a trip from NYC and my wife and kids are vegetarian with one having a Celiac Gluten allergy restriction. Mudrá made it very easy for us to have multiple choices on the menu to the point where we went back again the next day for dinner. Madrid has no shortage of restaurants but the food and service were so good we were drawn to go back. My kids tend to be picky with their food but they were so drawn in and they licked the last morsel off the plate. Ambience is very nice and staff is very welcoming which makes one want to go back again and again. Definitely give the restaurant a try you will enjoy the experience.

+5This Michelin-recommended vegetarian fusion restaurant boasts a pink and white décor, creating a cozy yet modern ambiance. The staff are friendly and can explain the menu in both English and Spanish. Most dishes range from 18 to 20 Euros. I tried the New Orleans roll, Risotto funghi y tartufo, Sweet basil, and two specials, Chocolate con lavanda and Flor de hibiscus Limonada. All the dishes were delicious; the sushi was particularly innovative and bursting with flavor, while the risotto was rich but not overly salty, and the desserts were refreshing and creatively crafted without being too sweet. The drinks were equally refreshing and flavorful. Whether you follow a vegetarian diet or not, this Michelin restaurant is worth a visit. If you're vegan or have specific dietary restrictions, there's room for customization by substituting ingredients. Typically, a meal costs around 45 EUR per person, offering beautifully presented dishes in reasonable portions at a fair price.
