Outstanding food made for a truly memorable meal. The wine pairing was equally up to the task. And the excellent service was the icing on the cake. Highly, highly recommended and would love to come back again. Bravo to the stellar team at Neige d'été.

Cozy place with very personalized attention. The food was excellent. Small portions but boy was I full at the end. Really memorable meal. The bouillon au canard is a revelation and the smoked beef fillet was outstanding. I highly recommend this chef and this restaurant.

A superb treasure, small room, the food brings occidental flavors with the delicate Japanese touch,, quality products, and outstanding preparation and presentation. Choice of wine perfect. Staff extremely attentive. One of the best place I have been in Paris

A great restaurant with remarkable finesse and an inventive and surprising mix of Japanese food for European taste. Strongly recomended for eveyone that wants something different but without accepting anything less than the best.

They do offer family seating. Though, the seating arrangement is quite unique. It is still very ambient, and the room has wonderful lightning.

All raw fish courses tasted a couple days old, not fresh enough. Wine pairing was not catered to our taste, too sweet. In general you could spend the same or less at another michelin star for better price.

Not quite traditional French gastronomy cooking reflecting a strong influence from an excellent Japanese chef. The result is astounding and probably one of the most interesting dinners I have ever eaten. Attentive service in a quiet atmosphere.

It was a delicious moment. From food to service and ambience. We did it at lunch for a birthday and they did a nice attention. I recommend the place and will go there again.

Great food and service. Food was not only delicious but presentation of the plate was definitely artistic. Our 3 children was amazed with every plate by the color and taste. Dinner lasted almost 4 and half hours, probably was the only thing kids complained. Being a world traveler and have dined at Nobu, Gordon Ramsey, Wolfgang Puck, Jean Georges (just to name a few) and many other famous places, this place has to be top 3 on my list.

The food was excellent, the dishes were very imaginative and the service was impeccable. I enjoyed this place so much that I returned a week later after my first visit!

Neige d'ete lived up to the outstanding ratings in all respects. The service and the quality and taste of all the dishes were superb. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal food, ambiance, and service. We ended up with somewhere around 10 or 11 courses, and loved just about all of them. They were beautifully prepared and presented, and absolutely delicious. There were a variety of different layers of flavor in every dish and they hit notes all across the spectrum. Well worth the price and deserving of its Michelin star.

Good restaurant, we had a nice overall experience. Will be back for sure. The kitchen is open, we can see the chef cooking. Good value for money!

After visiting many “gastronomique”restaurants in Paris, this is still my favorite. Fantastic cuisine, perfect serving time, great taste, good wine list, great service. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
