9.5/10We have now visited two or three times and never been disappointed, all of the staff are very good, friendly, polite and welcoming. The food is really very good, particularly like the Nepalese platters, we tried the chicken, lamb and vegetable ones and they were lovely. Good quantities of food and very good value for money, definitely worth a visit.

The food was absolutely outstanding, the set menu and the prices were fantastic value for money. The food was all cooked and so fresh. By far the best Indian restaurant we’ve ever been to. The staff couldn’t do any more for you they were all so lovely

10/10Excellent meal in this restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had the set menu, which was fantastic value for money, but more importantly the food was really good. Huge choice of starters and mains, and I particularly liked that we were each asked whether we wanted our mains mild, medium or hot. Would highly recommend.

10/10Lovely food at the 'quiet' end of the strip with great service and value for money. We dined at 6.30pm and it was pretty much full, whereas most other restaurants we passed were very quiet. We'll be back!

4/10We booked a table for 2 of us for 7.30 new years eve. On entering we had to wait for them to set us a table. We were taken to a table, with no cutlery, napkins or anything on, after sitting there for nearly half hour, we had to ask for drinks. After another 20 minutes of waiting we were asked what we'd like to order, we hadn't even been given a menu! A menu was then given to us along with poppadoms. Another 20 mins we were asked for our order, we ordered starters and mains. Our starters came in good time, which were nice. However I asked two different waitresses for some more mint dip, but it never came. We had to wait a further 30 minutes after this for our mains, I'd ordered a vegetable korma, it was thick, uncoloured and only contained green beans, the worst korma I've ever had, also the mushroom rice I ordered was very salty. I told the waitress about these issues when she came to clear the table, but no reply or after care. We asked for the bill, which incredibly was given to us straight away, no complimentary shots offered, even though other people had, we eventually left at about 10.15. It was very unfortunate as we had been two nights before and it was lovely, couldn't fault it.

5.5/10Had high hopes as read a lot of good reviews before going, waiters were welcoming and friendly but unfortunately the food was very disappointing, me and my partner both ordered a tikka masala and immediately looked at each other after the first bite and said the same, it definitely wasn’t like any tikka masala I have had before, it was overly sweet and neither of us ate it. One of the kids had a korma which I know is generally a sweet, creamy curry but this tasted like it had an extra tablespoon of sugar in it. Starters were pretty good to be honest but none of us ate our main courses, ended up being a very expensive round of starters!

5/10Prices were reasonable and the food was similar to any similar UK takeaway with the starters being above average but the service, I don't know where to start: firstly there was quite a bad language barrier but the star of the show was the wait times. The restaurant was full when we arrived for our 8PM booking and as a consequence we thought we were going to receive exceptional food but in actuality it was because they didn't have enough kitchen staff to cook the food quickly enough to eventually get the place emptied. From entering to having each eaten a starter and a main it took 2 hours and 45 minutes which is completely ridiculous. You live and learn, I suppose. We do realise it's only a Benidorm curry house but after reading good reviews we thought it was worth a try. I've delved deeper since our visit and read all the lower rated reviews and the common denominator in the complaints are about the over long wait times for the food.

9.5/10We were seven friends, and we all had wonderful food and service. Five of us had been here before, and were so pleased, as usual! The food is spectacular, and the staff at Nepali is the best, so friendly and efficient. This will always be a 'go to' restaurant while in Benidorm.

10/10What a little gem! First time coming to the restaurant celebrating New years Eve....Wow! Food was amazing, service was exceptional and atmosphere was nice. As a vegetarian and lover of Indian Food, I was able to find plenty of foods to choose from which is rare in Spain. My husband loves spicy food and was pleased with his food as well. Napali has become my new favorite restaurant and we will be back regularly. Namaste
