9/10It was a slow start at New Aqib. They seemed surprised to see us at our reservation time of 7pm. We had to wait quite awhile for them to offer and bring our drinks. Once other people started to arrive, they seemed to get into the swing of things, smiling and being helpful. The good was very good and delivered quickly. We shared samosa, pakora. Papadum, nan bread, chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani, and a tasty eggplant dish. We also enjoyed our mango sorbet dessert. I would definitely return, but hope for a nicer welcome upon arrival.

10/10This place is in a very nice neighborhood close to the odeon. I finally found the pakistan style seekh kebab that I like and definitely the highlight. Butter chicken was very good, naan, cheese naan, garlic naan were all very good too. Fast Service. A good place to go if hungry as food arrived within 5-10min of ordering. Will return for sure!

5.5/10It's a strange place, with a high review score on The Fork but with pretty bad score on Google. After having eaten there I should say that Google was way closer it its score. First, the restaurant could not find my booking in their computer. Then I ordered a half-bottle of white wine and got a jar of some turbid yellow liquid hardly resembling wine. When I told that it was not the wine I ordered, the waiter replied that they didn't have the wine I selected in the menu... The food was OK but really not more than that. Finally, there was some minor error in the bill, which I spotted later. Would not come back.

10/10Excellent dish quality, generous servings. This is a place I will return to. It's a step above other Indian restaurants I've tried in Paris, and for this neighbourhood, where it is easy too fall into over-priced tourist traps this is a good discovery. I particularly enjoyed their fish tikka. The peshwari naan was also notable.

8/10Good trade-off between price and food quality (particularly taking into account the Parisian prices). Curries, naans and apetizers are great. Maybe it is a matter of taste, but in my opinion the curries could be a bit more different and spicy, even those that are not specifically spicy, it is an Indian restaurant! ;) The waiters are friendly, so customer service is also good. Regarding the restaurant itself, it has typical Indian decor although there are too many tables for the size of the dining room. An overall good experince.

9/10Very beautiful restaurant with a cosy interior. For vegans, there are a lot of options. We were very happy with the taste of the food. I just needed to put more salt, and wished a bit more spice but it’s very subjective. The service was nice, the waiters were kind and even explained us the appetizer sauces. Only in the end we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our bill. Overall a good experience and we will definitely come back :)
