10/10Discount worked automatically. Staff were friendly and nice. Food was very nice, great prices (even without discount). Ambience is lovely, food was tasty and it was in a nice location as well.

10/10I am a customer for many years in Nicolau- the service is amazing, people are very friendly- most of the times- no long waiting time to get a table, it is centrally located. The food is amazing- from smaller to bigger appetite you can find something! I love the diversity of menu- from sparks of middle East to Açai with granola- you can find what the heart desires. Another point on the he side: toilets are always very clean. During a Touristic day- Nicolau gives you a possibility to calm down and enjoy marvelous experience !

6/10When I booked my reservation a week or two out. When I had arrived either The Fork or the restaurant cancelled my reservation while I was there. I went back into the app and rebooked it and for some reason it cancelled again. Either way I checked in and told them I had a reservation in which they honored. But I noticed in the app the restaurant didn’t check me into the system for my reservation. I have to say the service was terrible initially. The guy that was supposed to be helping us kept ignoring us. Didn’t smile and wasn’t helpful at all. We would wave at him for help and he would just point to another female server. She was working most of the tables and he did very little. I waited forever to just get water. The food was just ok. I code this place to take a family member for breakfast for his birthday and I’m very disappointed. The service was mediocre and the food was bland. The female server was nice but they had her doing way too much while the others did much of nothing.

5.5/10We made a reservation with 30% off. They didn’t give us the fork discount! They only told us afterwards when we paid that the discount is only on specific meals. they didn’t tell us in advance and if there’s a reservation with 30% it says in the app on all foods!

10/10Tacos Nicolau are yummy! Literally everything on the menu deserves a try and the prices are super friendly. Tried already Amelia, Nicolau Cascais and now Nicolau in Lisbon- the consistency of food quality and service all across is remarkable. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

9/10Great burgers with interesting sauces, only small negative i would say is that they dont have regular fries, only made from sweet potato. In general, it was a pleasuring experience and we would love to come back some day.

We loved visiting Nicolau in Porto as my friend is vegan and they have some great options. However, the Lisbon branch seemed uninterested in us. They didn’t communicate when we arrived for the reservation, then came back and lack lustre took us to a table. The food was okay but not as good as we had in Porto and I ordered the Pavlova and watched it sit on the pass waiting to be brought out for almost 15 minutes. We asked for the menus back after mains it took over 10 minutes, then it seemed like all of the staff were avoiding us or just not bothered and we would see them standing chatting by some crates etc and when we tried to make eye contact they would avoid or hide behind the crates. Was very unprofessional and immature. There were at least 4 girls walking back and forth running drinks and taking orders etc and any engagement we had with any of them didn’t involve any enthusiasm or welcoming. We did not feel welcome there at all. It was overall a not very great experience and we wouldn’t go back.

We had breakfast here in the morning. It was busy but good so made a booking for the evening. When we arrived there was a bit of a queue to get in . I said we had a booking but this didn’t seem to make a difference and we were told to wait. While in the queue the couple in front of us also said they had a booking too but had been outside in the queue for 20 minutes. We did wait and the food was fine but they need to honour their bookings better .
