Fantastic service, amazing views and ambiance, food was superb and they even sang happy birthday to my wife

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated promptly as no one else was in the restaurant. We were served drinks and offered food menus closer to 7:00 pm when the kitchen opened. We wanted to watch the sunset but it was not visible from the restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. Our only glitch was a steak special. We asked our server about the price 3 or 4 times and we all thought he said 18.00 Euro. I sounded very low and we kept asking him to repeat in English. We should have asked “diciotto” (18) or “ottanta” (80). Anyway, it turned out to be 80, and while worth it, we could have avoided the confusion had we wrote it down or asked in Italian. Simply a language issue. The decor is simple with a nice view, and the food was very delicious.

I booked ahead and requested a table with a view, we arrived on time and were seated at a table with limited view, the table in front of us on the edge of the terrace was empty when we arrived, and remained empty when we departed, very frustrating to be disrespected, maybe because we are not Italian ! Put that to one side, the food was exceptionally good, I had the beef tartar, which was one of the best I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten this many times, my wife had a pasta truffle starter, which was amazing, we both had fish for mains, different dishes but both were delicious, we shared a dessert, something to do with white chocolate, I don’t usually have dessert, but we shared this and it was very good ! I would definitely recommend this place, maybe speok to a member of management to ensure your seating request is honoured, before you sit, and you will enjoy your meal for sure !

All the food was better than our previous visit. The parmigiana was fantastic, and best thing I have had this visit to Sorrento. Both our steaks were amazing. Our only regret is we will not be back this visit. Staff were also attentive and we were remembered from previous year. I cannot fault anything and would recommend trying as you will not be dissapointed.

This was a lovely setting for dinner and we had read good reviews of the food so we were looking forward to dining there! The food has a slight twist which worked to some extent but not always! The parmigiana starter was lovely but my partner wasn’t sure about his ravioli! I then ordered the entrecôte which may have been a mistake on my part as it tasted a bit too charcoaled for me. One of our main concerns was that we were brought a really tasty aperitif for tasting which was not ordered but we were charged anyway! It was also explained by the waiter that a cod dish ordered was served with chips - this turned out not to the case and this was an additional charge! My entrecôte also came with nothing - no sauce or sides! I didn’t mind ordering a side for this but the lack of any kind of sauce meant it felt a bit dry! It may just be that some of the food here wasn’t to our taste but overall it wasn’t the exceptional dinner we had hoped for and it was quite pricey to boot!

Beautiful looking and tasting food. A very short menu, but that’s normally a good sign, and it was here. We had great views. I can’t understand why, but the restaurant was almost empty most of the night. An undiscovered gem. It would help the ambience if there were more people there I think.

The food and ambience was amazing. One of the best dinners we had in all of Italy. We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious, albeit quite small portions. Shame that the much vaunted view was mostly of car park. The toilets were outside the restaurant and in need of refurbishments. All in all over priced for what it was.

Excellent pasta and fillet! Great view over the city as well! Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant as the food and service are well worth the time!

Went here on our first night in Sorrento and was the perfect introduction. We were seated in a prime position with panoramic views of the bay and the sun setting. The food was delicious and I'd highly recommend the glazed pork. Our waitor was very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent.

Main course of steak came out that we had to share. Time they come over to see us we had eaten our food or it would have gone cold. Asked for a pudding menu and again waited that long we decided to just get the bill and leave. The setting was lovely as a view of the sea but ruined by the service and food.

Lovely setting and view. We were given menus and explanation was given to a special fish dish they had on the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced and very nice. You couldn’t fault the food it was lovely. The only thing that let it down was the service one of the staff was a little bit grumpy and whilst other larger tables seemed to have better service with their drinks being topped up and given limoncello we were just ignored. It was a nice meal but given that I had marked the booking up as a birthday meal I left somewhat disappointed and it wasn’t particularly cheap.

Great food with very helpful staff! The view was great (once you look above the carpark!) but overall one of the best places we went to in Sorrento!

A gastronomic delight. Great location with views across the bay of Naples. Service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. An absolute must if the budget allows. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous view and superbly presented food . I was disappointed that there was specifically no cheese as an option so they said they'd ask the chef and produced an acceptable taster but it was a bit steep at €12 .

A gem of a place. The food was excellent and plated beautifully. There were extra touches like warmed plates. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the views were spectacular.

We had a lovely meal at Nino's, the food was all presented very well and was full of flavour. The service was excellent as well, we felt well looked after.

Our waiter was fantastic. The food unfortunately, was not. The pork looked like it came out of a tube and was not fresh.

Great restaurant is an updated room with great views of the Bay. The food and service were excellent. The artichoke appetizer was wonderful and unique. The 2 main dishes: egg plant parmigiana and a creative pasta dish with gnocchi and clams, in a lemon sauce was out of this world. would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice atmosphere, good quality food and service ! I’m really impressed! We have eat “50 shades of tomato that is really amazing … it’s incredible how a trasparent pasta feels like tomato like I never have taste , without sauce ! “ stunning!
