Brilliant combinations of flavors and textures; presentation simple but elegant. The eel, and the scallops dishes we had were probably the best we have ever tasted (and we have sampled from quite a few restaurants in quite a few countries). This restaurant is a fish lover's dream. Well with a visit and excellent value for money.

Excellent quality, ambience and food - the best we have found in Switzerland! All of the dishes were absolutely exquisite and the service really friendly, the interiors were beautifully nordic - we will definitely be back!

Truly wonderful meal and experience. The chef also catered for a vegetarian menu, which was very special. 100% recommend.

One of the best in Swiss Romandie...probably Switzerland! Light fresh and inventive. Modern but still true to taste is not so easy to find in this part of Europe. Beautiful presentation and dishware. Very interesting wine pairings. Am definitely going back!

Fantastic cocktails, the best of local wines and innovative Scandinavian cuisine - a great mix for a very enjoyable experience! The dining room’s minimalistic decor makes a nice backdrop.

This is a special occasion restaurant that will not disappoint, but be prepared for the big prices and fixed price menus only. There are only 6 tables in the small dining room, which allows the servers to be really attentive and personable. Each dish was thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented, not to mention delicious. This restaurant is for seafood lovers, and while the dishes are certainly creative and unique, do not be intimidated as the flavours are familiar and comfortable. Kudos to the young sommelier who delivered some incredible wine pairings.

It's my 2nd time there for dinner and again I took the 5 course meal. It was very beautifully presented, each plate properly explained to us and of course they taste good! Our favorite was the main dish - Salmon seasoned with black pepper and turmeric. Now I look forward to try their weekend buffet :)
