10/10I didn’t realize it was a soft opening when I went to dinner. Only their second night of being open but you would have never known it by the experience they provided. Food is unbelievable and the atmosphere is modern, chic and romantic . Open view to the chef and his kitchen, watching a gourmet kitchen in full swing while dining was an amazing experience (yet not loud)! They have made sure your experience is top notch! I was dining alone on my last night in Rome, and I stuck with seafood for both courses. Oysters as appetizer and seafood for one! Highly recommend!

6.5/10I'm really disappointed with the service we received at the restaurant. Despite making a reservation, they completely ignored the fact that we had booked ahead and had 20% discount. We ended up waiting for over an hour for our meal, while other tables around us were served promptly. By the time our food arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty. Our experience with the waiter was equally frustrating. Initially, they seemed rushed to take our order, but then we had to repeatedly inquire about the status of our food, a new waiter was helping and she did not acknowledge that we been waiting. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we finally had to ask again, and it took an additional 15 to 20 minutes before our meal was brought to the table. It's disappointing when basic communication and efficiency are lacking in a dining establishment.

9/10Food was great and tasty. However, Bread was brought to the table without us asking for it, which we thought was nice, until we were charged €3 EACH for the privelege, and as a family if 4 thats some expensive bread. I thought this was very naughty of them and really put me off.

8/10The name of the restaurant ("Luxury") should not be taken too seriously, because "luxury", I guess, is nowadays defined differently than it was around 20 years ago ... and indeed, a comprehensive renovation of both the hotel and the restaurant is imminent. If I focus on the food and service in my review (and one should do so), a visit is definitely worthwhile. This overall judgement, because the dishes are innovative and prepared with professionalism and attention to detail. The service does its best (even if not everyone, obviously, has yet completed their professional training ...). The price level is high and only acceptable with a 25% discount. It remains to be seen whether the whole package can justify the title "luxury" in the future. If for you "luxury" would indeed be important in a restaurant ...

10/10The service was excellent. The tartare and tiramisu was such a great experience for me. The pasta tasted good but was a little undercooked for my preference. Overall, I loved dining here.
