This is our third visit to this lovely Alfama restaurant. The food is authentic Italian with a wide varie5of choice in Pasta. Their homemade focaccia is a must try. This time we also followed the advice of the chef and ordered grilled Dourada ( Sea Bream ) which was charcoal grilled with a touch of butter. Save a space for their deserts as well since Tiramisu is excellent and their Pana cota is very refreshing. Will keep on coming to this charming place for sure

We revisited this restaurant 6months later for another dinner. The owner of the restaurant is always very kind and helps you to choose from awide range of offerings of the menu. We are offered Prosecco as welcome drinks. Our started was their homemade focaccia with mozzarella prosciutto. A generous plate enough for 2 people. We continued with their seafood Tagliatelle, fantastic choice I must add. Their house wine is actually a bottle of Italian wine with choices of dry, rose and red as well as dry and fruitty. We concluded our dinner with a delicious tiramisu accompanied with complimentary port wine. 🩷 The presentation of each plate was also fantastic. service fast and tastes extraordinary. Strongly recommend this Alfama Italian restaurant to everyone

Lovely meal & excellent service. We were greeted with a Prosecco before ordering & given a very nice port wine with dessert. The meals were very tasty. I had fruiti di mare pasta. The seafood was perfectly cooked (not chewy) & delicious. My companions were also happy with their meals. We started with the nonna bruschetta which o definitely recommend. For dessert, we had a very nice tiramisu. I def in Italy recommend this place. The little extras along with a great meal made the night.

We had such a wonderful meal at Nonna, from the complimentary welcome drink through to the delicious tiramisu everything was excellent. We really appreciated the welcoming service on our first night in Lisbon and would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting! Thank you!

The owner was great, friendly, professional. He recommended the Strozzo/carne because I wanted a tomato pasta with a glass of red wine. Wine was simple fruity, tart. Garlic bread was what you would expect. The pasta was delicious, well flavoured. There was not a lot of sauce but the pasta wasn’t dry. The beef was moist and tender, well seasoned. The strozzo was cooked well, slightly over al dente. The parmassian slices and arugula on the side with the pasta created a nice balance between fatty, fresh, and tangy. Overall great meal.

A lovely, small restaurant! Wait staff was amiable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Menu was both varied enough to satisfy tastes, yet specialized enough to please each diner. Fine wine list. A very enjoyable meal!
