We were not impressed with the food. I don't think the cooks eat their own food. There was one shrimp dish that we didn't know what to do with. It tasted horrible, the ratio of meat to sauce saw undeniably pathetic. I didn't wanna pay for it, and they said that they would not take it off the bill. After I insisted, they offered ten percent off! i argued, and they finally quo said they would do 50 percent off. that wasn't comfortable and wanted to leave and it was upset with that management move.

Tasty noodles and friendly staff but the restaurant was a bit too noisy (lunchtime). The Fork discount was not applied on the bill although they did apply it when reminded.

Food was great, we were a group of 9, sadly all the food came out at different times, or they made mistakes with the order, some drinks were forgotten, cutlery was not brought to us… seemed like they had no clue what they were doing, the we tried to pay and that took a further 30 min and we had to drink out coffees whilst playing because they were slow and forgetful.

All very good, the only thing for a 9 score was that the Donburi is made with Jasmin rice and not Gohan rice...

Nood was a fantastic experience, from the wait staff to the food. Our food and drinks were flavorful and quick to come from the kitchen. It was a great experience!

Thr food was good and the guiozas were amazing, but we did not had the discount and we were only informed at the moment we were paying. They said that after 10 reservations there was no more discounts, but the clients should be informed before the booking time.

The restaurant is very beautiful but the ramens we ate were not very good. We were 3 people, eating different ones and none of us was happy. Maybe was a bad day?!

As usual, we had and amazing night, tasty food and a staff that cares and treat us like family. It's always a pleasure to comeback to Nood Alcântara.

The main dishes were okay a bit overcooked noodles, but we received a wrong starter (pork, instead of chicken🥲), the ‘sour’ cocktail had a very bland taste and then we received our receipt with 2 more items on it than we ordered. Also, a note which we didn’t know until paying, if you book with a discount the drinks are not included in it, only the food. The atmosphere is nice..
