10/10This is a GREAT restaurant. Live music was wonderful, pianist and a vocalist....they even had a restaurant team member who was a violinist sit in. Service was 100% on everything, and the food was wonderful, would definitely recommend

The back garden area was shaded with a nice breeze. Very calm and relaxing. We decided to do the tasting menu and it was delicious. The perfect break away from the busy tourist section.

10/10My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Nos Restaurant in Alberobello, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food was simply outstanding, every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and a true reflection of the chef’s talent and creativity. The wondefully relaxed atmosphere was elevated by the incredible piano playing by Martin, which created such a warm and elegant ambiance. Our host, Valerio, who also owns the restaurant, deserves special mention. His passion and vision for bringing talented people together, from the front desk, the servers, the kitchen, and the music, shine through in every detail. The place, the people, the service, the food, the atmosphere with live music… we were enchanted by this restaurant, the owner Vincenzo takes care of every detail, Federica and Michi and the girls that welcomed us at the entrance were extremely nice, polite, friendly and yet formal. We loved everything. The food was delicious to taste and beautifully presented a perfect mix of tradition and innovation with premier class ingredients . The place is cozy, small but authentic. The live music makes it even more special! A must see . 10/10 and above !

10/10After we'd seen what seemed like 1000 trulli in Alberobello, we were looking out for a good restaurant to call this a day, treating ourselves with a decent food, good wines and just having a good time. So we fired up the usual suspects like tripadvisor, google etc to check for good restaurants in walking distance. Couple of minutes later it became clear, NOS is the winner for this evening. A few clicks later and we were able to make a reservation for the last table of the evening, lucky us. Not wanting to give away too much just: Be prepared for an experience. The quality of the food - on Michelin level. The wine recommendations - spot on. The team - will ensure you have a splendid night out. Just to make sure: This is not your typical touristic ristorante with some posh fine dining attitude. This is NOS. WE loved it!

9/10Nos is a wonderful place to spend an evening with family or friends. The music, service and stylish ambiance is excellent. I was a little disappointed with the food, the scallops were overcooked and the sauce was not a good choice in my opinion. For main course I had the slow roasted lamb. Whilst it was tasty lamb I felt it was the wrong cut of lamb to slow roast. Usually slow roasted lamb is the leg quarter which lends itself to this type of cooking. The loin rib I had is usually lightly cooked and served pink as it doesn’t slow roast that well as there is little fat or juices in the cut. Disappointing but overall a good place to dine.

We visited the restaurant 08/08/25, the courses we selected were simply sublime and the service provided flawless (the last time we ate this well it was in a 2-Star Michelin restaurant). The Scallop starter is unquestionably the finest I've ever had. Many thanks to the owner and staff who all made our visit so memorable.

The ambiance inside the restaurant, with live music playing, was enchanting, and the staff’s service was infused with genuine hospitality and attentiveness. "The Angus beef tartare, burrata cheese" dish featured exceptionally fresh ingredients, delicately seasoned to bring out profound, rich flavors—it was absolutely delicious. The thick, hearty "Entrecôte steak" was cooked to perfection: the outside had a delightful, aromatic sear, while the inside was a juicy medium-rare with tender, high-quality meat—it was amazing. The portion was so generous that I couldn’t finish it all, so the staff kindly prepared a takeaway for me. Even the next morning, the meat remained tender and flavorful—a true testament to the careful preparation and fine-quality ingredients. I’m truly grateful to the staff who served me that day. 10/10My Husband and I enjoyed a lovely evening at NOS restaurant. It is set within the Palazzo Scotto hotel, the restaurant was very cosy and staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. There was live music, with a violin player and a pianist, and an accompanying singer. My husband had 𝙇𝘼𝙈𝘽 𝙎𝘾𝙄𝙐𝙎𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙇𝙇𝙊 and I had the 𝙈𝙀𝙕𝙕𝙀𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙄𝘾𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝙊𝙇𝙊𝙂𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙀, both were delicious! We will certainly be returning to this restaurant the next time we visit Alberobello.

6/10Food qualität does not reflect the menu description Nice music, but fits more a bar than a first class restaurant. For our 4 days trip to Alberobello Nos Restaurant was our first choice, but did not meet our expectations. However, we'd give them a second Chance just to test again. .
