A lovely and modern restaurant with a nice clientele. The staff is friendly and welcoming with decent knowledge about the dishes. Food was delicious and the wine was great.

Nova is a great restaurant - the food, wine and cocktails are all excellent. We love sitting inside on the couch and sharing the Aperitivo platter with friends.

Wonderful staff that give you the best possible time. We came twice during our short stay in Palermo and they immediately remembered us and even remembered which table we liked and which drinks/food. That‘s top quality hospitality. The food is outstanding, I would recommend this place to everyone. By far our favorite restaurant in the whole city (and we tried a lot ;)).

Outstanding restaurant. Service, ambiance and food were all excellent. The food was really outstanding - Montanarina was a delightful appetizer in a light fluffy bread shell. Steak Tatare was perfectly seasoned. Angus steak perfectly cooked and save room for dessert. The chocolate cake (lava cake) is melt in your mouth heaven. The citrus creme has a light lemon flavor complimented with the crème brûlée crust.

Food was amazing. Both waitresses worked very hard and were both very friendly. Manager was very nice, suggesting a lovely bottle of wine without any price agenda. Would highly recommend. The outdoor setting is lovely.

Wonderful food in one of the most beautiful, atmospheric and peaceful piazzas of Palermo. We loved everything. The service could not be more attentive and the swordfish is glorious.

Our server, went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. They ensured we had everything we needed and made the evening special. We enjoyed everything about our visit. The dishes were beautifully presented, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the service was top-notch. A complete experience.

We had a fabulous meal. Amazing wine list, delightful staff and delicious food. The beef cheek was so good and the torta with passion fruit dolce absolutely wonderful. We will definitely return next time we are in palermo and recommend nova very highly. Sophisticated charming and rather special. Thanks guys x

Lovely people working at Nova. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. I eat a vegan diet but have a nut allergy so unless I always eat at vegan restaurants it can be tricky for me. They adapted a menu for me and it was fabulous. The vegan orange cake with banana for pudding was light, flavourful and a lovely way to end our evening.

Amazing!! Service / food / wine = amazing dinner time. Owner and staff very nice and welcoming / tentative (hard to find at most places) Eggplant dish never seen such before, and loved it. Crab pasta amazing! Squid ink pizza was great, loved the creativity Wish we had tried the watermelon pasta!!!!

Very very good food and service. The price is more than good for the quality you can expect. We ordered the pasta with swordfish and the pasta with watermelon and left full and happy

Best restaurant. We came here to celebrate my brother-in-law's 50th birthday and we were looked after. Great drinks, great starter and the meat was outstanding. The staff was just top 10, they were nice and always there when needed. Very nice and professional treatment. If you are in Palermo, this is a must.

The food was gourmet creatively presented with blend of different flavors. It is Michelin quality . Ranks with cafe boulud nyc . We have the seafood boullabaise special and beautifully decorated fish pasta and and duck with an acidified apple garnish and Etna volcano wine . Duck could have had a little more sauce . Waiter polite and attentive as was owner

Cozy interior, nice garden on the square. Special cocktails, interesting menu and pre-sets. Tasty but small portions compared to prices.

Nova was truly an experience. Every dish was excellent and the waiters really attentive to detail. We ordered the 5 chef selection starter, the octopus on puree, the rice with squid's ink, the sicilian tortilla and the salmon tataki. It was a pleasure to try out some delicacies and we will surely be back. thanks for the wonderful evening!

Excellent overall experience. Food was amazing and service was attentive. We def recommend the drink and food pairing. The vertical lasagna is a must.

Fine dining in the heart of Palermo. Some of traditional dishes but slighly revisited for modern kitchen. Portions rather moderate. Recommended to go for 2 courses. Nice discovery and good ratio quality/ price especially with the fork offer.
