Great costumer service and great food. Mariana is such a wonderful person and was very helpful and very kind.

Nice place where we were well received. However, the food was disappointing, as the razor clam rice was too salty and the serving was meagre and unimaginative. The service was poor: nobody asked if everything was ok. we had to ask for the dessert menu, the bill etc., and worst the waiter leaned inappropriately on my partner's chair while speaking to us which made her feel uncomfortable.

The food was amazing, which was the most important thing! However, the ambient music was very loud and the disinfectant used to clean the tables was quite strong.

The restaurant makes most of its effort in decoration instead of food and service. There were only 3 people serving the table; I asked for water when I made the order, which wasn't brought to us until the first dish was served 20 minutes later. We waited another 20 minutes for the main dishes, which were nothing but mediocre. No one asked if everything was ok during the meal, which should not happen in a restaurant at this level. Like the name tells us, we will NUNCA come back.

The space is great, amazing cocktails, food is tasty overall but quality given the price should be much much better. Service ranges from very nice attendants to slightly unpleasant attendants. In general the experience was good butI don’t think it stands out to the point I feel going back soon.

The service was exceptional, Bruno and Manuel placed special attention to ensure everything was perfect. The food was all excellent and we are definitely coming back to Nunca. NUNCA did not disappoint.

Super cozy and intimate atmosphere, delicious food (we’ve been here a few times and everything we tried have been great) and their service is excellent every time. Highly recommend!
