Good location. However, the value for money is not good. Food is very fatty. The service was unprofessional, the waiters are trying to scam you. The atmosphere is tacky, the music doesn’t suit a fancy restaurant setting. Animal cruelty displayed right at the entrance. There has to be a limit in how many lobsters you can keep in a tank.

Delicious food. Very nice atmosphere. Some of the waiters are a bit enforcing. They can give some free time to check menu and select. I can recommend this restaurant for a nice seafood dinner in Lisbon.

The service was excellent but the food we ordered wasn’t the best. Maybe we made the wrong choice on the menu but I was disappointed in our main.. I think it was the lobster spaghetti? It tasted like alphagehtti. The clams were delicious and the wine selection and service were top notch.

My wife & i where in mood for seafood and where advised by a friend about venue, which is out of town but surely well worth the ride. The overall experience was above our expectations. We had several starters such as oysters and grilled shrimps which were both exquisite. Thereafter, we had a 1.2 Kg Lobster which was cleaned out for us and beautifully served with the shells as decoration but already sliced up and legs emptied. We had it boiled which was a very juicy alternative. We also had a grilled tranche of grouper portion which we shared between us, it was served with garlic spinach and boiled potatoes served with their skin, the overall dish and sides were also delicious. Just remembered that prior to the grouper we had a service of crab served on thinly sliced small rectangular toasts which was very tasty as well. We managed to have a slice of lemon tart with meringue which was delicious & a lemon sorbet. The bill was steep but well worth the overall experience. Place is non touristic and customers around us seemed all Portuguese residents. The service was impeccable. Good honest advice on all choices. Highly recommended.

Very good restaurant, very good quality food and very attentive, friendly waiters. Have Visited this restaurant for many years in the past. Worried that prices are going up and quantity of food decreasing. I was particularly astonished how two tiny bits of butter could cost 4 Euros and wnen asked for more butter another 2 tiny bits of butter were served and another 4 Euros were charged!!! I also thought that it was too expensive to charge 6 Euros for a vegetable soup. Also surprised that one single potato and a very small amount of vegetables is erved with grilled fish! Surely a man/ woman eats more than one potato for a lunch serving.

Extremely attentive, pleasant and accommodating staff. Seafood was fresh, well presented and very appropriately priced. Lovely location for dinner with friends and family. The restaurant decor is extravagant without taking itself too seriously, bordering on kitsch, which makes for a fun ambiance. Recommended.

Food was excellent. Service was rude and appalling. It was just our table for some reason. Asked for Coke Zero and got regular. I asked for them to replace the drink and the waiter said I was wrong. Waiter removed menus before we ordered. I gave my order and waiter started walking away. I said the other people needed to order and he asked why I didn’t say that. We were charged for items not received - waiter again argued that we got it. He finally removed the items. Food received was excellent. No option to adjust ‘suggested service charge’. Tried getting someone to discuss - never came back to table. No one upfront as we were leaving. No answer when tried calling and email on website did not work. Disputed with my credit card.

It was a celebration dinner. The interior is really wow and over the top. The staff are attentive and work very speedily. It's a good excuse to get dressed up for a formal dinner. The pricing is a bit excessive, though. The music was terrible.

Nunes was recommended to us by the manager of guest house where we were staying in Belem. We went to Nunes on first evening of our holiday and got a bit carried away! We were warned it was pricey especially if you went for items such as the carabinieris prawns, barnacles etc.. It was a leisurely meal. We had a very nice bottle of wine each. We had very delicious food, e.g. spider crab, garlic prawns, clams, carabinieris prawns etc. It was the most expensive meal of the holiday but we enjoyed it. Liked the Nunes bibs!
