10/10We went for my wife's birthday and they made a special effort for us. We love this restaurant, the food is interesting, different, fresh and delicious. The staff make a real effort and the atmosphere is nicely quirky. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

10/10Fantastic authentic French restaurant. Great food and great service - very kind and patient with our poor French speaking skills! We really enjoyed it and highly recommend. They even did a birthday dessert for my teenage daughter with a big sparkler!

7.5/10The food was delicious and the service was terrific. But no air conditioning on a typical summer day made the experience uncomfortable. Would love to return in the fall to dine al fresco.

10/10We happened upon this bistrot - and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our spoken French is horrible, but the staff happily and politely helped us out. The owner personally helped us select an excellent bottle of wine to go with our food. All of our dishes were excellent, with creative twists on classics.

10/10This place is wonderful, a hidden gem. Excellent service and very helpful staff who went through the menu with us. My wife's cod dish was so good she insisted we ate there on both our nights in Chantilly . For the second meal I had possibly the best burger I have ever had, Highly recommended.

9.5/10The food at this bistro was excellent - with our friends we had their charcuterie, then entrees including foie gras, some steaks, and a Thai “crying tiger”. All were very well prepared and delicious. The staff were very friendly enjoyable.

2/10We made a booking a month ago as part of a road trip to France from the UK only to turn up to a closed restaurant. We even received a reminder the day before! Truly disappointed that we did not get notified as we were looking forward to our dinner after hours on the road!

Delicious food served by a happy and friendly waiter. The filet de boeuf was perfectly cooked and the tiramisu looked and tasted very classy. In fairness, they brought me out the wrong starter, but I wouldn't have known if they hadn't rushed out and told me half way through. My French isn't that good! Either way, it was delicious, so I didn't mind. There are probably cheaper places to eat in Chantilly, but I guess you get what you pay for. Happy overall.

Very friendly service in a nice clean bistro with very good food. Servers speak English for those with no French language skills. \ Une Poelee De Giroles with Grilled Bresao entree was small in quantity but very tasty. Un Faux Filet "Charlolais" Sauce Vigne Rose, puree a la truffe, os a moelie was very tasty with a large portion of meat that was not quite as tender as expected. the truffle puree was very good if you like truffle taste. Le Filet "Race Blonde D'Aquitaine", Grilee Bernaise et frites maison was very tasty beef, cooked perfectly medium rare (a point) with a tasty bernaise sauce. Fries were almost crispy enough and very tasty - they even brought catsup in a small cup to accommodate Americans.

8.5/10Friday evening dinner at small restaurant a few minutes walk from the castle. Varied menu. Starters and desserts were particularly good. Friendly service. Plenty of suggestions for wine by the glass rather than having to order a bottle.

10/10Excellent food (all truly fresh ingredients, prepared in an innovative way) and great and friendly staff. A rare find, that we will surely remember when we pass by that region again.
