6.5/10In early October I booked a table for dinner on 31 December, with a 30% discount. Then they contacted me via WhatsApp on 18 December, telling me that they could only offer a fix menu for 100 euros that night. I confirmed the booking the same day and then they wrote to me on 23 December asking for a 20 euro deposit per person to be sent by bank transfer. We sent the money immediately and the next day (24 December!) we were asked for a certificate of the Bank transfer to get our table .. I was fuming but we did it. Then we arrived last night and our table was in an annex, under a tent in the street, with heaters that made half of the people bake and the offer half, freeze. I complained about this as I had booked in early October and was told that they had informed me about it, which is a lie. The antipasti and desert were quite bad. The red wine was fizzy - they didn't have normal red wine so we got warm white wine. The prosecco on the menu was "sparkling wine".... Quite a fiasco dinner!

Our waiter was outstanding! Very friendly and patient with us. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful! Note that the portions are very large. We shared a first course (seafood risotto), and it looked like a double serving!

9.5/10I ordered the seafood risotto and a limoncello spritz and felt very good at the end of the meal. Good food and drinks. It is located near a busy roundabout so it was a little noisy from traffic but nothing to worry about. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The prices are really good for the very large portion sizes. I would definitely return for another dinner if I had more time in Naples.

Perfect from start to finish. The seating on the terrace is lovely and with a great view. The waiters were all super friendly and spoke multiple Languages. The menu was super! Versatile and something for Meat lovers, vegetarians or fish lovers. My partner had the mushroom pasta and I had the risotto with Gorgonzola, pork sausage and rucula. My rissoto was just fantastic. A super great combination of flavours and lots of it. It was super but couldn’t finish it because it was so much. They had a super collection of desserts to but I just couldn’t fit more in. Absolutely recommended to come here. It’s was one of The better meals I had in Napoli.

We had an overall good experience at O’ Cerriglio Amore Al Primo Morso. The highlight was the staff, they were extremely friendly, introduced themselves by name, and took the time to ask us about ourselves, including where we were from and how long we were staying in Naples. It made the visit feel very personal and welcoming. They also gave great recommendations on both pizza and dessert, which was very helpful for non-Italian speakers like us. The food was decent overall. The pizza crust was excellent, chewy and authentically Neopolitan. However, the use of canned mushroom on the pizza was a bit of a letdown. On the positive side, the prosciutto and mozzarella were clearly fresh and served over a bed of crisp mixed greens, highly recommended! The only downside was the location. The restaurant is right next to a busy road, so there’s quite a bit of street noise. It’s next to several “tourist trap” restaurants with people trying to pull in every passerby, I recommend sitting inside.

+1We had just arrived in Naples and chose this restaurant as it was close to our hotel. Blanca, our server, was very friendly and welcoming. They immediately brought a basket of bread that was fresh and crusty - just what we like. We decided to start with a Margherita pizza. It was light yet filling – completely different from the pizza we know in the United States, but very good. My husband ordered Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (gnocchi with tomatoes and mozzarella). I wanted to try something indictive of Naples and Blanca suggested I try the Pasta e Patate con Provola (pasta with potato and provolone cheese). Both pastas were huge and delicious. We enjoyed a half liter of their house white wine. We went back again and enjoyed Fried Calamari & Prawns as well as Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola e Grana (sliced beef with arugula and Parmesan) with a 1/2 liter of the red house wine. We enjoyed both of our dinners at this restaurant.
