This restaurant was great! We were greeted well by a very attentive service staff. The food was excellent. We had a pailla de cranc and a salad and both were excellent.

Food lovely. The staff were very helpful and explained everything fluently in English. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely would come back again.

What a wonderful find in Girona. Great choice of fresh market fish on display - items weighed to your choice of portion. The lady & gentleman were so professional in explaining the choice of fish.

Exceptional , simple ,informal with abundance of fresh seafood which one chooses from the counter -had almost all on offer then a wonderful grilled white fish of some sort - A must visit if in town .

Food was excellent. We had a variety of seafood to start, quantity chosen by us, weighed and priced so we knew exactly what it would cost and cooked to our specifications. Then a rice dish with octopus. Free Cava on arrival. Friendly staff who spoke enough English.

Greeted with a glass of champagne, we were asked to choose our meal from a wide variety of seafood. Meal was delightfully prepared, and service was wonderful.

Really fresh off the ice clams and scallops. Simple butter garlic and fresh parsley made for an excellent sauce. Great atmosphere and staff were friendly and could speak English no problem. Would recommend for sure.

Really fresh seafood and everything was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely evening. Best paella we've had and the clams were divine!

Octopus Restaurant provided a delightful and unique dining experience. Upon arrival, my husband and I were warmly greeted by the maître d' with a glass of sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. What stood out was the ability to select our seafood from a display at the front counter, a fun and interactive aspect of the evening. Each item was weighed individually, and while we initially expected the meal to be pricey, we were pleasantly surprised by how fair the pricing was. The service was both friendly and professional, and the food was perfectly cooked. If I had one small critique, it would be that the dishes were served a bit too quickly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would recommend it to seafood lovers."

Excellent fresh seafood at an affordable price. When we first walked in we were the only customers but the place soon filled up and there was a line out the door. Service was also very professional and attentive.

Right from the start we felt Welcomed. The seafood was excellent. The extra touches, olives and cava plus pick your own seafood. Perhaps the best creme Catalan/brulée I have ever had!

The staff is really great there! Attentive to all and always with a smile on their faces. The Tuna tartar is really good and the cheese pie for dessert is a must! Thanks

They advertised a 30% discount but failed to honour what they advertised. When confronted the came up with a lame excuse that the discount is already included in the prices. Do not fall for it

Seafood is great and super fresh. Arroz Caldoso was fantastic. Pulpo a la gallega out of this world! Worth the detour! The paella rice was slightly overcooked. But really great lunch overall!

Outstanding! The quality of the food and service were superb. Fried Sardines to start followed by Lobster paella. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a meal as much. Everything was spot on. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very nice little restaurant with a good atmosphere and interesting concept. The Food was excellent and the service was great. Even our children, who are not fish fans, enjoyed the stay.

This little restaurant was just perfect. All of the food we had from the tapas fish starters tithe paella and then desserts were all perfect. The staff were amazing, they were helpful, knowledgeable with perfect English (which was amazing as we don’t speak Spanish). I can’t recommend this place enough. Great value too for three tapas dishes, paella, desserts, coffee and liquors and a bottle of cava the two of us paid €100. A must visit.

The personal service by the front team is a welcome change from a traditional wait service.
