10/10Octopus Restaurant provided a delightful and unique dining experience. Upon arrival, my husband and I were warmly greeted by the maître d' with a glass of sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. What stood out was the ability to select our seafood from a display at the front counter, a fun and interactive aspect of the evening. Each item was weighed individually, and while we initially expected the meal to be pricey, we were pleasantly surprised by how fair the pricing was. The service was both friendly and professional, and the food was perfectly cooked. If I had one small critique, it would be that the dishes were served a bit too quickly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would recommend it to seafood lovers."

9/10Excellent fresh seafood at an affordable price. When we first walked in we were the only customers but the place soon filled up and there was a line out the door. Service was also very professional and attentive.

10/10Right from the start we felt Welcomed. The seafood was excellent. The extra touches, olives and cava plus pick your own seafood. Perhaps the best creme Catalan/brulée I have ever had!

6/10They advertised a 30% discount but failed to honour what they advertised. When confronted the came up with a lame excuse that the discount is already included in the prices. Do not fall for it

9/10Seafood is great and super fresh. Arroz Caldoso was fantastic. Pulpo a la gallega out of this world! Worth the detour! The paella rice was slightly overcooked. But really great lunch overall!

10/10Outstanding! The quality of the food and service were superb. Fried Sardines to start followed by Lobster paella. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a meal as much. Everything was spot on. Can’t recommend highly enough.

10/10This little restaurant was just perfect. All of the food we had from the tapas fish starters tithe paella and then desserts were all perfect. The staff were amazing, they were helpful, knowledgeable with perfect English (which was amazing as we don’t speak Spanish). I can’t recommend this place enough. Great value too for three tapas dishes, paella, desserts, coffee and liquors and a bottle of cava the two of us paid €100. A must visit.

6/10Nothing special just interesting to see the different raw materials on display. At least, enjoyed some of the dishes like the razor clam and croquettes. Fresh seafoods are good!

10/10Fresh fresh seafood and warm friendly service from Robert and his team. A great welcome including a complementary cava. Robert introduced all the fresh seafood options at the counter. A hard decision to make as so many excellent options. We had a fresh cheese salad (feta cheese with lettuce and tomato) followed by 2 different paellas - one entirely seafood and the other seafood and chicken. Both moist and delicious - and very filling! The care and attention by staff was exceptional - and olives and bread complimentary. Amazing restaurant and with the most friendly and engaging team - the best of 3weeks in Europe.

9.5/10The place was small but nice. With My Fork reservation I had 30% on the food menu which was written in Spanish only in a black board, mostly starters and paellas and rice dishes, I wish they had an English menu. The main waiter explained to me that my Fork reservation doesn’t include discount for drinks or the “fish market”. Fish market was fresh fish selection to buy by weigh. This was not clarified in the app. But overall we were two we had a small selection of seafood cooked on the grill and two individual paellas with two soft drinks for 54€. We had free glass of Prosecco on the house. The seafood was super fresh and super delicious as were the paellas made on order. The main waiter was nice and friendly. We were happy with the experience and definitely recommend. I’d go there again if I’m back to Girona

9.5/10Ok, when we walked by and saw the lighting inside the restaurant, we had our doubts for a moment, but once we stepped foot inside and were welcomed by the waiters with a huge smile and a complimentary glass of cava, those doubts quickly disappeared. The food was amazing. All types of fresh (shell) fish, displayed on ice, you can choose which ones, how much and the kitchen will then prepare it to your liking. We left the place feeling full, full of great food, great laughs, and we felt welcome and cared for. We will most definitely be back!

9.5/10It was wonderful experience. It was like in the fish market, we chose our own menu. Seafoods were fresh and paella deliciously cooked. Waiter explained everything clearly in english and also shown us the price for all orders in advance. He’s also recommended enough food for us so we were not overeating. Definitely will come back again .

9/10A little confusing about how to order but after being handed a glass of cava while we picked our fresh fish choices, it was a great experience. Fish starters then a lobster paella (with the soupy rice). Highly recommend.

10/10This was the best meal we had in Girona during our visit. Period. The fish was fresh and simply, yet deliciously, prepared. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. The wine selection is lovely. The prices are VERY reasonable.

9.5/10To be able to pick 9nes own ingredients and gavecyhrm cooked to orderwas unusual butcan excellent idea.The sea bass came as a whole fish but was very carefully filleted and plated again something we had not experienced anywhere else. Both fish and the paella were well cooked and the service excellent.

10/10Lovely small restaurant where the emphasis is on the fresh fish and seafood. Great choice on the a la carte and an array of fresh produce to choose to have cooked as you wish. Welcome cava and explanation of how the menu works was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Small but good selection of wines. Would definitely recommend.
