The food was delicious, the location on the Seine superb? And the service was exceptional too!

First of all it was our Anniversary, so we thought we would reserve something special. We were the first ones there, and it took more than 30 minutes before someone came and took our order. The wait staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other. When he did take our order, we ordered an entree, plat and dessert. To blame the kitchen is a copout. There were less than 10 items on the plat. 3 hours later we still did not get our dessert and the tables around us were completely served and they came an hour after us. I finally asked for the check and they still charged us for dessert even though we never got it. Poor service management.
