We are so happy we chose this restaurant out of the many in Gubbio. Wonderfully innovative dishes from a young chef who knows how to skillfullycombine unusual tastes and textures with hosts who know how to give you just enough information and attention. Cannot recommend more highly.

A very pleasant experience the food quality was very good with a very good wine list and the speed of service was a nice slow pace dictated by ourselves to a large extent which we really liked. Service was very pleasant throughout all staff were attentive. Definitely a very nice place to have dinner I would highly recommend.
