I recently dined at Officina, which left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant boasts a promising concept and a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, a few aspects left room for improvement since they offer a Sunday Brunch for 40 Euro. Quality (4/5): The quality of the dishes was commendable, but I hesitate to give it a perfect score. While the flavors were generally delightful, there were moments where I felt the execution fell short of a flawless experience. There is potential for enhancement to achieve a consistently high standard. Ambiance (4/5): The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, but I couldn't shake off the feeling of coldness in the air. It's an element that, when improved (they can basically close the doors and put some stove), could significantly enhance the overall dining experience. Perhaps adjusting the temperature or introducing cozier elements would contribute to a warmer atmosphere. Service (4/5): The staff was attentive, but I encountered an issue with the temperature of the Coffee Americano, which was consistently served lukewarm. It's a detail that, if rectified, would undoubtedly elevate the coffee-drinking experience. Concept and Taste (4/5): The overall concept and taste were appealing. The restaurant has a unique charm, and the flavors were generally praiseworthy. Fine-tuning certain aspects, especially the temperature of certain beverages, would undoubtedly make it an outstanding culinary destination. In conclusion, Officina has the potential to be a stellar dining establishment. The place was very beautiful, the atmosphere was the best for Sunday brunch with friends. The food was good, my only complaint is that the menu dishes were very small "tiny" to be precise. The omelette selection very limited and the omelettes were not the best. The other dishes amazing, the civeche was TOP buffet was discreet the quality could be improved. I will be going back.
