10/10Excellent varied menu - starters , main and desserts- all offering fresh and innovative options ! The mini burgers beef and cuttlefish starter and the oxtail main was a superb combination and along with the Cod main , cooked beautifully! The staff were proffesional , friendly and attentive - the kitchen was well run , clean and tidy and well managed My wife , sister and friends from Lisbon throughly enjoyed the evening , the restaurant is in great location for other bars - before and afterwards !

8/10Recommended by a friend who is a chef. Really good and interesting food - the fish was excellent and I had a slow cooked oxtail dish which was fabulous. We sat outside on the steps as there was a noisy group inside. The only average part was the service. Our waiter was only OK, and forgot about us a couple of times.

10/10Loved this restaurant, had been recommended and it didnt disappoint, staff so friendly and welcoming , food was delicious, from the pate and little beef and cuttlefish burgers as starters , then we had the steak and meagre fish and rice .. yummy !! Loved it

7/10This is a charming and very affordable little restaurant. The food quality is a bit uneven with some dishes we tried being truly excellent (bread, offal, and port and the roasted vegetables) and some not quite hitting the mark (oxtails, catch of the day). The oxtails were stringy and bland and the split peas on the plate were tasty, but undercooked. The pear puree was very nice and lent some much-needed flavor to the oxtails. The catch of the day remains a mystery. The server said it was pompano, but it was a thick filet and much oilier than the pompano we’ve had before. This was likely a language/translation issue. It wasn’t cod. The veggie oodles served with the fish were very nice, but the onion purée didn’t contribute much to the dish and was unattractive. The service was attentive, polite, and well-intentioned, but there weren’t enough servers once the restaurant filled and it took awhile to have requests fulfilled. Take cash. Their credit card service seems to be erratic.

3.5/10The staff were sullen and very loud as they chatted to each other. This might have been because the music was also far too loud, especially as there are no soft surfaces to absorb it, so the acoustics bounce around everywhere. The food was lamb and couscous, which lacked imagination, and was somewhat dry and boring. Lovely location, but never again.

10/10We really enjoyed eating at this delicious restaurant. They even offered a vegan burger if you are vegan. We enjoyed the beef and Iberian pork. We highly recommend this restaurant the service was excellent! They also offer sushi. We tried the steak sushi and it melted in your mouth it was so good! We also enjoyed the desserts as well.

5.5/10I loved Oficina when I went a few years ago, and I wanted to try it again with visiting friends. Unfortunately, the restaurant was struggling to keep up with guests with limited staff in August. The food was still tasty and creative. However, waiting more than 30 minutes to get glasses for a large bottle of water our table was sharing after flagging 3 different servers was frustrating. Trying to get any server's attention was almost impossible. It took an hour for someone to take our food order! I'll chalk it up to light staffing in this month where most locals are away on holiday. I'm a local who is still here in August, and I expected better. Or close the restaurant for a few weeks, then.

5/10Was expecting a much better food experience based on reviews....My husband and I are not too picky when it comes to food but neither of us finished our meals (the Ox tail was flavorless and if served without being told what this was, you would not be able to distinguish the type of meat. The steak was very tough and took way too much effort to cut and chew. Service was average (forgot to bring out some of our order) but staff was very friendly.

9/10Oficina do Duque was recommend by a friend and. Is in recommending it to all. It was a great little restaurant. The food was mouthwatering and the presentation was beautiful. The staff takes a while to help and doesn’t come over as often to see if you need anything else but they were still pretty nice. Highly recommend for the foodie experience.

10/10We were lucky to book a table here and had an amazing meal. We didn’t go for starters (although they looked good) but had delicious mains, although unfortunately there was only a tiny amount of lamb in the lamb couscous. Deserts were sublime!

10/10The soup, the bacalao, de wine, the dessert ,all is delicious. We went two days in a row. The price is very reasonable. The service is very good. I highly recommend this restaurante.

8.5/10The food was absolutely outstanding, and was incredibly good value. Every single one of our starters and main courses were the best we had tasted in Lisbon. Big thanks to the chef. Only down point was the slightly offensive picture near the bar against people of faith. Apart from that it was 100% perfect- big thanks!

6.5/10The size of the portions is tiny. So tiny that we needed to go elsewhere and buy something to eat!! We always share portions l. But here, we ordered 2 starters, 2 main courses, and stayed hungry!. Never again

10/10What an incredible dining experience at Officina do Duque on 3/19/23. Our group of 8 people had a perfect evening of delicious food and drink, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic service. Roberta was our server and she was absolutely amazing - thank you Roberta for making our visit so perfect! Thank you also to the kitchen team that made such innovative and excellent food. We will be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

6.5/10The food was good, not spectacular. Unfortunately, prior reviews had my hopes very high. The service was awkward, with one dish coming fast after the next. The bread and sardine spread was delivered after the first course, the the second course came while we were still enjoying the bread, so we sent the waiter away. The manager/owner did come over to find out what was amiss, but by then it was too late.

5/10This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, which we liked very much but the food was practically inedible. I had a sirloin steak which was so touch i couldn't cut it with the steak knife. We left hungry.
