Whether you're looking for a quiet dinner, a casual lunch, or a unique culinary experience, Ohlá is a place I’d highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

9.5/10We were greeted by two joyful people, that made us feel incredibly welcome. It was a Monday and evening and probably a lot busier than normal, nevertheless, the service was good and with a smile on their face. The food was worth the wait! Definitely a place I will visit again. Thank you!

10/10The service was friendly and attentive. The waiter recommended a very nice wine, similarly priced to the one on the menu, which was excellent. The crunch hot maki was a perfect starter for the Tomahawk for two. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

6.5/10Great service. Didnt like atmosphere inside, outside better. Expectations on meat was too high, meat was sliced and no good accessories. Hot chocolate with icecream was realy bad other deserts where acceptable.

9.5/10Very good service in a nice environment. The combination of steaks and sushi might look odd, but both are very high quality options. The meat is fantastic and we will definitely visit again. We were 10 people at our table, eating steaks, salads and sushi, and everyone agreed that this was very good and we all recommend it as one of the best options in Lagos.

10/10We were in the mood for sushi while we were in Lagos so we decided to try Ohla. It is a little north of the tourist area in Lagos but well worth the short trip. The sushi is incredible - the fish is fresh and the combo plates focus the quality of fish and the usual favorites including salmon and tuna with some delicately prepared rolls including a hot Philadelphia roll which is one of the best rolls I have ever eaten - this is coming from a well travelled sushi lover that grew up in a sushi hotbed in Vancouver, Canada with many trips to Japan in my childhood. The table of four next to us shared a butcher block full of sliced ribeye and the looks on their faces made us feel like we needed to spend another night in Lagos so we could come back for the ribeye. The owner, David, personally served us. He takes so much pride in his restaurant, it was fun to watch. He wants you to leave his restaurant feeling like you had one of the best meals you have eaten….he accomplished it.

10/10We went on our last nights stay in Lagos and it was by far the best experience with food on the whole trip, everything was perfect from the quality of the food to the kind warming staff. We had ordered 2 strip-loin steaks and the sautéed vegetables and the flavours were incredible I will definitely miss it for sure and only wish we discovered it sooner. Overall was very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it was unreal. It’s a newly opened restaurant and I wish it all the best as it will definitely do well. Thanks again to the staff 🙌

Really great sushi — the combo and the vegan sushi!! The fried green beans, gyoza, and miso soup were also delicious. Cocktails were 10/10 and service was great! So glad we found this place.

10/10Awesome restaurant in Lagos, Portugal. Great food, great service and a very chill vibe. David could not have been more hospitable. We’re visiting from Canada on a two week vacation. We had lots of different types of meals in lots of different places. This was probably my favorite. Highly recommend to anyone.

Amazingly good food, we tried two starters, sushi and great steaks. Very friendly staff and great service to a good price! We are happy that we found the place the first day in Lagos so that we get the chance to get back during our days here .
