We left Fátima and on drive back to Lisbon, found this fabulous restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS!! Wow! We were both super impressed.

OH Vargas is one of our favorite restaurants. When we are in Santarém we always go. Terrific steak and pork. Excellent wine selection!

Really enjoy the whole experience at O Vargas. Staff are really friendly and the food is great. Great wine selection with a superb sommelier Ivan .
