2/10The food was terrible. They forgot to put some ingredients that was mentioned in the menu. And we felt bad after the dinner. But I need to mention that it was first time in this restaurant. They used to be good and the food was amazing.

6.5/10This is a modern restaurant with a nice environment and decent food. The breakfast dishes are particularly welcome. But the service is uneven and there is a need for management to take things in hand, Living in the neighborhood we have been to Olivia five or six times but last night was the worst dining experience we have had in our three years here due to terrible service from our waiter and bar tender . Orders taken but forgotten. No apologies offered. We wil be taking a break from Olivia in hopes that they sort out their service issues.

8.5/10The cappuccinos could be a bit warmer but the overall experience was really good, food was amazing. French toasts are a new favourite now, the homemade cinnamon roll also a 10 and the pancakes with merengue is a good tasting combination.

5.5/10Crowded with mediocre service even at an early dinnertime. Hamburger came drenched in sauce which was overwhelming. Had to repeatedly ask serving staff for items.

10/10The food was even better than I was expecting, and everything tasted very fresh. The staff were very attentive to our requests and everything came quickly and was served very nicely! I will definitely be coming back.

8.5/10we were seated in front of the door and asked to move after maybe 10min they took our order and moved us, we received our food super fast but our drink never came and we had to ask for it 3 times. when it came they told us it was free because of the wait so that was great

8/10Good food even if choice appears to be somewhat limited. Friendly waiter, provided some guidelines with respect to menu alternatives. Nice urban décor and great background music.

8/10Good first impressions. Honestly, though, the restaurant seems very congested and the menu is very small. One waiter was very fun and made jokes with us. Good service.

7.5/10Order took a while. Pink pizza and angus burger were good. Smoothies were great as well. The French toast was poor. Maybe cause we ordered it during dinner, they just got us something.

7/10Food and drinks were good, but the service, although friendly, was very bad. Had to ask for everything - dishes, cutlery, napkins, drink refills etc. Meanwhile couple of waiters spent time chitchatting between themselves or texting on WhatsApp.

2/10The experience was really disappoiting, Despite the reservation, we had to wait for the table. The service was awfull and we waited 40 minutes for the food that didn’t come. We just left never to return again!

8.5/10Food is excellent but they really need to improve the service. Waited 30 min for a bottle of water. Asked for it 3 times. Had to get up from my seat and ask for it in the bar so that they felt ashamed and got it to me.
