Afternoon with a friend. Wonderful location, welcoming atmosphere and good vibes. Service has been nice and fast, present but not oppressive. Good food, quality/price absolutely outstanding. The only thing we didn’t like was about the bill. First of all they forgot the discount and we had to ask for it. Second, they presented us two values, one was the effective total and the other one a total with a calculated amount of tips. This puts the customer in an embarrassing position. Maybe we wanted to leave a tip but not the amount requested. I would reevaluate this practice if I were the responsible person for the restaurant.

6/10The Bagel & Eggs was quite good, but the chai latte was way too sweet without adding any sugar. The vegan pancakes are okay, but too dense and sweet (I could not finished them by myself). The poached eggs that come with the avo toasts were almost hard boiled, so my friend asked for another egg, this time properly cooked. After what seemed like forever, they brought the actual poached egg and said that they would do a 30% discount on the eggs. However, they just ended up charging for an extra egg without any discount. The ambience is very nice and cozy, but Lisbon is full of other places just like that, and with the same type of food. This one does not stand out.

2/10The food was terrible. They forgot to put some ingredients that was mentioned in the menu. And we felt bad after the dinner. But I need to mention that it was first time in this restaurant. They used to be good and the food was amazing.

6.5/10This is a modern restaurant with a nice environment and decent food. The breakfast dishes are particularly welcome. But the service is uneven and there is a need for management to take things in hand, Living in the neighborhood we have been to Olivia five or six times but last night was the worst dining experience we have had in our three years here due to terrible service from our waiter and bar tender . Orders taken but forgotten. No apologies offered. We wil be taking a break from Olivia in hopes that they sort out their service issues.

The cappuccinos could be a bit warmer but the overall experience was really good, food was amazing. French toasts are a new favourite now, the homemade cinnamon roll also a 10 and the pancakes with merengue is a good tasting combination.

we were seated in front of the door and asked to move after maybe 10min they took our order and moved us, we received our food super fast but our drink never came and we had to ask for it 3 times. when it came they told us it was free because of the wait so that was great
