Good food, cosy place in the centre of Lisbon, relaxing atmosphere. Great place for a get together with friends.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem and had to delay our reservation by one hour last minute and the staff was very understanding. In the reservation we also asked a seat by the window and the staff also had that in account. Food was great as well. Toast, the pancakes and the juices were amazing. 10/10 will come back.

Friendly service, atmosphere, and tasty food.

Nothing went well - they did not have the reservation and though listed among the top ten pet friendly restaurants would not allow our well behaved small dog. I mostly blame The Fork as they were the ones who were supposed to be taking care of the reservation and also be relied upon for being designated as pet friendly. NOT

Everything but had problem in the kitchen with the pancakes. We were the first ones and we didn’t wanted to wait so we just choose something else.

Second time I go to this place, the food is very tasty and the 30% discount is super convenient! The waitresses were very nice too.

Afternoon with a friend. Wonderful location, welcoming atmosphere and good vibes. Service has been nice and fast, present but not oppressive. Good food, quality/price absolutely outstanding. The only thing we didn’t like was about the bill. First of all they forgot the discount and we had to ask for it. Second, they presented us two values, one was the effective total and the other one a total with a calculated amount of tips. This puts the customer in an embarrassing position. Maybe we wanted to leave a tip but not the amount requested. I would reevaluate this practice if I were the responsible person for the restaurant.

The Bagel & Eggs was quite good, but the chai latte was way too sweet without adding any sugar. The vegan pancakes are okay, but too dense and sweet (I could not finished them by myself). The poached eggs that come with the avo toasts were almost hard boiled, so my friend asked for another egg, this time properly cooked. After what seemed like forever, they brought the actual poached egg and said that they would do a 30% discount on the eggs. However, they just ended up charging for an extra egg without any discount. The ambience is very nice and cozy, but Lisbon is full of other places just like that, and with the same type of food. This one does not stand out.
