Sommelier, Erald is so kind, so professional. Due to him, we had a great launch. We ate ribeye steak. Very delicious and amazing experience. And restaurant also is very beautiful. I thank erald and restaurant very much. I wish you come to there, and ex experience T born steak!!

From the moment we were welcomed in to the moment we departed we were well taken care of. Our server recommended a wonderful wine recommendation considering my preference. The meals and dessert were so delicious, highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Florence!

We had a lovely evening dining at Oliviero. The staff was very professional and attentive. Our fav app was the liver pate - it was excellent. The truffle pasta was incredible! The duck and lamb was very good, but we were kind of full by then. Next time we will get less apps so we can enjoy the carne! Thank you for a great meal!

10/10Elegant, almost formal, but not stuffy. Great service and food. They have a keen eye for the details that make dining out memorable. We very much appreciate that they were open for lunch on Christmas.

10/10excellent! we came here 2 years ago in October 2022. it was excellent. I could not wait to go back.. get the asparagus soufflé for an appetizer, and the Florentine steak for an entree. loved the potatoes and asparragus side dishes. their wine menu is excellent. highly recommend.

7/10Beautiful restaurant, nice menu but they were obviously very busy and not aware of diners who were trying to catch their attention many times. We order the wild boar ragu and cheese and truffle pasta with a mixed salad. The salad received only after the mains. They seemed to check on other diners often but we were unfortunately overlooked. Food was ok but we won’t be returning or recommending the restaurant to others.

Wow!! Beautiful!! Staff were lovely and attentive but allowing you to enjoy your food without being rushed. Most incredible steak and beautiful wine pairing too. Would definitely recommend.

10/10Food was delicious. We were 6 and everyone loved their dishes. I have to eat GF and they were knowledgeable about the topic and had great options to eat. Staff was very friendly.

Service and food were great just know Italian medium steak isn’t American medium steak so maybe to medium well if you don’t like medium being rare

The ambience is romantic and lovely. The waiters were kind, attentive. Only possible thing I can criticize is that the Fiorentine steak was a bit too salty, a warning for people with sodium issues would be super helpful. Other than that I can definitely visit here again.

10/10Party of 6 enjoyed a lovely meal. Started with caprese and pate, followed by pick pasta and the boar pasta. A bottle of Chianti and pana Cota sealed the deal. The servers were attentive and helpful. Great choice

10/10We decided to make our last night in Florence special and wanted to go to a place that was closer to our hotel. This restaurant was able to seat us within an hour. We had filets, roasted potatoes and asparagus and all were excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a little more upscale dining experience.

9.5/10We had a nice meal Here on our recent trip. The restaurant was a recommendation from our hotel. The calamari and prawn salad and the lamb main were particularly good and my husband enjoyed the laminate ravioli and sliced steak

10/10Didn’t even have a reservation and they seated us immediately for a fantastic dinner. My husband had the Florentine steak and I had the stuffed rabbit. Both were absolutely delicious and we split a side of roasted potatoes. The little bread beignets they bring to the table are addictive and we left with a smile on our faces and full bellies. The house red wine was great as well. I certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Florence. I’m sure all items on that menu won’t let you down.

10/10Wonderful dinner for my family and me. Our hotel recommended the location for dinner and it was hands down one of the best meals we had during our trip. Our waiter, Andy, was kind and had outstanding service. Everyone else there was equally wonderful. We had the Florentine steak which was unbelievably good.

10/10Been here several times and the waiting staff have got it right now. Pleasant, helpful and efficient! We had the Florentine Chianina steak which was amazing. Cooked just right. I would consider asking for no salt though as they are quite generous! Put your own on at the table! The Fork discount was a nice touch.

7.5/10Attractive interior. They place all of the English speaking customers [5 tables] at the end of one room. The lights are quite dim, so we all used our phone lights to read the menu. We were looking at the wine list and the server quickly made a strong suggestion on a 60-euro bottle of wine. He never checked back on if we liked it, I did not, and it had the elements I said we did not want… The green pepper steak was fantastic as was the fresh pineapple dessert. The evening would have been much nicer with a bit more attention to if we really liked the food and wine.

+1We were traveling to Florence and had to try Bisteca Fiorentina. I looked up steak restaurants on another app and booked a reservation for Oliviero! Staff was super friendly and attentive. And our waiter was quite funny and a delight. We ordered filet with truffle and foigras dishes, salmon and green rice (so good) , truffle pasta, asparagus, potatoes, and tiramisu. Really great tasting food! Delicious! But the service here is 5 stars! And the chef was super friendly. When we were leaving, the sky opened up and just started pouring rain. He called the taxi for us and really came through for us, as we didn’t speak a lick of Italian and trying to translate on your phone in hard rain was stressful enough. If you’re ever in Florence, book a reservation at Oliviero’s and order the steak and salmon dishes! Chef’s kiss! Magnifico!!
