The staff was super nice and friendly. The food looked amazing but had little to no taste and seasoning. We ordered an expensive florentine stake and barely ate any of it. We’ve had such amazing food in Florence but this wasn’t one of the times.

The food, the service and ambience was amazing!! The truffle pasta was amazing and so was the ossobuco. We had amazing wine pairing with all our dishes.

I really enjoyed my meal, but the front room where I was seated, feels a bit “fast food” — as you are right by the door and bar so it kinda kills the vibe a bit. I was determined to get the Florentine steak, but because it’s so big and they pre-cut for you, it doesn’t stay warm for long. Still, absolutely lovely staff, great old-charm place and the food was delicious— the side potatoes were probably the best potatoes I’ve ever had.

Sommelier, Erald is so kind, so professional. Due to him, we had a great launch. We ate ribeye steak. Very delicious and amazing experience. And restaurant also is very beautiful. I thank erald and restaurant very much. I wish you come to there, and ex experience T born steak!!

From the moment we were welcomed in to the moment we departed we were well taken care of. Our server recommended a wonderful wine recommendation considering my preference. The meals and dessert were so delicious, highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Florence!

We had a lovely evening dining at Oliviero. The staff was very professional and attentive. Our fav app was the liver pate - it was excellent. The truffle pasta was incredible! The duck and lamb was very good, but we were kind of full by then. Next time we will get less apps so we can enjoy the carne! Thank you for a great meal!

Elegant, almost formal, but not stuffy. Great service and food. They have a keen eye for the details that make dining out memorable. We very much appreciate that they were open for lunch on Christmas.

excellent! we came here 2 years ago in October 2022. it was excellent. I could not wait to go back.. get the asparagus soufflé for an appetizer, and the Florentine steak for an entree. loved the potatoes and asparragus side dishes. their wine menu is excellent. highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, nice menu but they were obviously very busy and not aware of diners who were trying to catch their attention many times. We order the wild boar ragu and cheese and truffle pasta with a mixed salad. The salad received only after the mains. They seemed to check on other diners often but we were unfortunately overlooked. Food was ok but we won’t be returning or recommending the restaurant to others.

Wow!! Beautiful!! Staff were lovely and attentive but allowing you to enjoy your food without being rushed. Most incredible steak and beautiful wine pairing too. Would definitely recommend.

The ambience is romantic and lovely. The waiters were kind, attentive. Only possible thing I can criticize is that the Fiorentine steak was a bit too salty, a warning for people with sodium issues would be super helpful. Other than that I can definitely visit here again.

Party of 6 enjoyed a lovely meal. Started with caprese and pate, followed by pick pasta and the boar pasta. A bottle of Chianti and pana Cota sealed the deal. The servers were attentive and helpful. Great choice
