We had an excellent dining experience for lunch here. Our server, Melissa, was friendly, attentive & helpful with choosing entree. The chicken breast with mushroom sauce was perfectly cooked, juicy inside, with crispy exterior. Prices are a bit higher but typical for any hotel restaurant in or around the CDG airport. Highly recommend & will return next time we’re traveling through CDG airport.

Nice wine but expensive by the glass. Gambas turned out to be singular not plural. Main course plates had not been heated. Food OK but not very fresh. Bread going hard at 19h00.

Hard to expect much inside the CDG airport loop, but Olivine leaves much to be desired. Service is mixed depending on your server and some tables get more attention than others. The food is bland and reminded me of slightly better than what can be found at my daughter’s school cafeteria. The star at Olivine is Antonio the bartender. He has a gracious personality and high work ethic. Not to mention, he pours beers the proper way, makes damn tasty cocktails, and even makes great coffee / cappuccino drinks.

Pizza was not fully cooked and was served lukewarm. Server was not attentive.

We had a very poor experience at Olivine. Our server seemed to forget about us even though we were one of the few who reserved ahead of time and didn't just walk up. We watched others who arrived after us get drinks and food literally an hour ahead of us. If we'd had other options to eat, we would have left. We ended up serving ourselves a carafe of water while we waited for our food. I don't necessarily blame the servers, as the place seemed severely understaffed, but some changes seem to need to be made.

Probably the best food in CDG. Limited menu but well prepared. The burger and chicken are very good. Lemon tart, too! Friendly service.

Wrong drink served and uncooked fish. The dish was replaced but I got my dîner after the other guests.

Food was poor to ok, nothing special. Service was slow and non attentive and the restaurant was nearly empty. The restaurant is the hotel breakfast nook in the morning, decor and ambiance are like a hospital cafeteria.
